I just picked this up as my first longboard ever. You definitely nailed down all the reasons why I picked this deck: LDP, going up hill, and slides. I'm currently using a 50/50 setup w/ Paris V3 165mm trucks and the thing is so damn stable. Thanks for the review - feels like even more validation for my board!
Awesome so glad to hear! Yeah this is a really good first longboard for sure, I didn't mention it in the video, but definitely a confidence inspiring setup with the drops to learn slide initiation and going fast. It can do everything but kicktail stuff!
👍👍👍! Cool review! Looks like Pantheon is reviving - a few top-mount LDP decks were released recently. On Pantheon site Nexus is also sorted in LDP category...
Cool setup man. Would love some more reviews on all your setups. I live in a hilly environment so I'm definitely interested in the Nexus, Trip and Supersonic. Wondering if you think an adjustable baseplate could turn the nexus or trip into a pumping board? Or should I just go with the Supersonic if I wanna pump?
Was sitting on a Nexus in my cart and this video just made me hit purchase. Thanks dude!

I really dig the idea of reviewing the deck while you're on it haha
LDP content I'm so happy

How does it compare to demonseed & switchblade when using DH/slide set up?
Just picked this deck up as a B grade. About 120 bucks. Excited!
Awesome & Thanks 🙂
How fast are you going down the hill??
What kinda trucks and wheels you using?
