Hey man! Appreciate the board review! One tip on the trucks/wheels choice for avoiding wheelbite. There are a handful of combinations that work well, and my feeling is that if you’re going with the large Orangatang wheels-either Kegels or Caguamas, pick the Paris 165mm trucks. 150s do, however, work really well with 85mm Seismic Speed Vents, which are slightly more offsets (less lip on the inside, which causes the bite). Matching truck and wheel choice is pretty key but there are definitely some 150mm setups out there that work very well! Cheers!
@Cricket totally! That's an option. Personally, I like to ride the board loose. I find that I have more control that way. A lot of people are doing exactly what you are doing, though :)
@Cricket I'm changing the 149 mm truck paris because the wheels touch the deck. with 169 mm truck paris does it change much in speed? I have seen now that there are also 165 mm but now I have already ordered the 169 mm
🤙🏼🤙🏼 drop through shock pads do go underneath the deck on drop through mounts though, that's where "shock" force is applied when riding as it is drop through
Loaded just released the Pantheon again and i just ordered it today . I see you push like me , I dont see many people push the way we do . I have been doing it for as long as i have been skating .60 y/o now been skating since 13 ,I dont think i will ever stop skating
I don't think the rubber dampeners are really working they way they seem to be. the board is still sitting hard on trucks if you think about it, through the screws.. perhaps if you put a metal plate above the trucks, and then the pad in between the plate and the top of the truck, and screwed through that, it would actually dampen divots in the road, because then the board pressure actually sits on the metal plate and then rubber, then the top of the truck. like a conventional top mount. (metal plate being conventional board) does that make sense?!?! hahahah
think about it this way - if you just looked at your riser setup, and then removed the pads, screws stay 3mm too long. what happens? it just rests on the nuts, hard mounted to the truck by your weight

Nah they're Paris trucks. Came standard with the set up

You can kinda pump on it, it's not the most efficient thing by any means, but at speed with Paris 150's, yeah.
