  • Hello everyone. Here is my new reformer. It's slightly bigger than the previous one. I ran it for about an hour and almost processed 20L of oil transmission oil, mixed with dirty diesel and engine oil.The reformer is about 140cm tall. The temperature is 310 degrees. Here are some light fractions. Here is an oil. It's automatic transmission oil mixed with dirty, spoiled diesel and used motor oil. I use my portable water cooler. Here is a needle valve for precise control of the oil supply. Here is one of the traps for light fractions, like kerosene. And the top one is for petrol, but there is no petrol because it is running at a quite low temperature. It still needs to be more transparent and processed with a reagent.

So it's okay for the feeding pump to feed a air bubble into the reactor of the unit while at operating temperature

Not ok, but ratio is not in favor of autoignition, so nothing to worry about.

Hi Alek have you ever consider activated carbon to purify these product or there any more methode to purify priduct

Tried many things, so it is true that activated carbon may have 1200 square meters of surface area per cubic santimeter
it is most porous substance, though it is not like to absorb ashfaltens and resins with polymers, the pores of carbon are getting clogged, so all petroleum industry uses silica gel - the type edesigned for liquids absorbtion with large pores.

@@santeryi9 so its more likely activated carbon doesn't do much for the product so we have to manually purify it with removing water with silica gell. thanks alex its really helping me a lot hopefully people will be more aware of their waste oil damage if directly dispose it to the river

@@santeryi9 one last thing. Ever tried induction heater for heat source? or its too expensive and proven unreliable for a long run

@@ahmadfullheart-yc1vnThe best way to get rid of water is to run the product through a centrifuge equipped with inflow heater, it will remove all the water without silica.

Who the email was from, I have many emails - sort of "what is your price" "or what is your number" and nothing about any particulars, the emails of this format usually discarded as they are mostly spam, so please email me again with more details and proper question, I will be happy to answer it then.
