I’m an industrial/ ammonia refrigeration guy and I still find these videos great. Goes to show it doesn’t matter the size of the machine it’s how intricate you are. Well done.
Nice video mate, I do a lot of split system deep cleaning too. I use of the Karcher OC3 a lot for smaller jobs. really good bit of kit. Lightweight and portable. I also use a Bosch fontus which has 3 different pressure settings and interchangeable battery’s if you have a lot of units to do. Elephant Service Greece make awesome catch bags to for ceiling and wall mounted splits too. Cheers mate
Thanks mate 🙌🏼 I’ll check the Bosch out ! That’s the only downside to the Karcher, you can’t swap the battery. Are the bags available in the UK ? I’m on the hunt for some more durable bags. Thanks for watching mate 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
It's amazing how much similar tools I use , I've got that little Karcher too , same NWS diags , and I'm a Milwaukee sort of bloke too . Great minds eh 🤜🤛
Another informative video. Great work! Quick question... Do you think the OC3 would do a job on some smaller outdoor units too? I know you use the Worx Hydroshot for outdoor but my budget doesn't stretch for both at the moment unfortunately. Thanks mate 👍
Thanks mate 🙌🏼 Yes it works well on outdoors too to be fair. The only drawback with the OC3 is the fact you can’t switch to another battery once it runs out so you depends on how many units or how bad they. That’s why I ended up getting the Worx too, just means you can carry on if you’ve got loads of Outdoor Units to clean 👍🏼👍🏼
Shows how ineffective those filters are. First thing I have done with cassettes is put a thin layer of white filter matting in which also stops finer particles clogging the coil.
love your work bro, i'm an apprentice at the moment learning the trade and your videos help tremendously cause lets be fair most engineers get lazy and don't do half the cleaning you do. shame i wont be buying anyof them tools for a while!

Hello from the USA in Texas. Great vid. thank you for taking the time to show us how you clean them, the company I work for just landed a new contract with an office bldg. that has has approximately 220 rooms. Each room has ceiling mounted cassettes very similar to that one. LG vrf systems, I have already had the joy of disassembling one to clean out the tray and remove gunk stuck in the condensate pump. I believe this building had these installed about 4 yrs ago and not much love shown to them. There all just about as dirty. Fun times!! lol...well least its good job security.
Hi mate 👍🏼 Yes, I sometimes remove the fan motors too. Personally, I find the Karcher better for the indoor cleans. I’ve got the Worx as well which is a really good bit of kit. Just find it’s a bit too big compared to the Karcher for indoor units 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 thanks for watching 🙌🏼👊🏼
Cheers from Canada🍻
Interesting seeing the technology across the pond.

I have a weird question. When you get PVC pipe in the UK, where is it made?
In the US almost all PVC says made in USA. Just curious
