Nope, you can mirror image it- when connected to wifi.

Not really. I feel like it needs extra volume though- especially for those hard of hearing

Yeah most likely wifi, You have to connect your projector to the Wi-Fi and connect it to your phone

Not necessarily, I just do mine on the wall or you could buy a screen or use a sheet
