The only attack feat Sonic has is destroying a few vehicles made of regular material which would put him at Building Level if we consider that he has enough power to destroy warships the same way Tomahawk missles do. Concerning the power outage he created, 2 lightning strikes in the US can be enough to affect 9 million people with a power outage, and since Sonic created a power outage on half of the US, it would be the equivalent of 75 lightning strikes. That's 2.25×10¹⁰ joules, which is Large Building level (pretty consistent here). Sonic would also reach relativistic speeds. So basically, Star Mario would be 20,000 times stronger and more durable than Sonic while Sonic would be 874,030 times faster than any form Mario could take.
