Hello, do you have a video for the sympathetic nervous system and how to relax it?.

hi - Yes, most of my lessons help the sympathetic nervous system. Check out the Healing Rest videos and my meditation videos.

    Hi Annie,
    I’ve been packing boxes and
I woke up with a lower back, left side spasm if I move a certain way. I found this video and plan to do it often.

Hi AnnieJust spent hours watching your you tubes, so pleased I've found your videos. Just not sure where to start> So would be grateful if you could advise. I have tight ligaments around hips and into pelvis. Tight glutes, piriformis etc, soreness in sacrum when I do too much there. Main problem is when I am flat on my back and all my lower back muscles relax I sort of can't get up off floor easily at all (sore of locks)?i'm ok once up and moving around. Booked into seing a Felkendrais practitioner in Poole UK in January but looking and hoping for improvement before then certainly in pain level.Just wondering weather to start with your hips videos or go straight into the gentle lower back movements?Thank you so much Jenny

Hi Jenny, Thanks-- glad you found these videos. Yes, I'd recommend starting with the Healing Rest videos-- sometimes the passive positioning in those videos will help in stabilizing and balancing the structure. "Sliding the leg" on the couch video is another one that might be a bit more stabilizing. The knee toning video is another one-- All the blanket roll videos are helpful but do the ones with less movement for now. Hope that helps. Let me know... Annie
