  • Quick, effective Feldenkrais lesson to help relieve tension and knee pain as well as in Hip, SI Joint and Back by Aligning & Toning Knees for stability. This "exercise" will help improve knee alignment, ease and help stability for Low Back, Hips and SI Joints. Improve Knee tracking for easier walking, stairs and sports. An easy quick tune-up or warm-up before or during walking, hiking, sports or any activities. I've used this effectively "on the trail" with friends or myself to quickly relieve knee or hip pain often in minutes! With a little practice and building awareness of your bones and alignment, you can improve your alignment and shift old habits of movement that may be causing you knee, hip or back pain.

I had pain on the inside of my knees, couldn't figure out why and tried this lesson and it worked like a charm. I really like your lessons Annie - short and to the point! Thank you.

Glad to hear. I have a playlist for knees and there are more videos to help tone knee alignment. The hip and back playlists also have lessons helpful for knees.

the only validation is if it works..I enjoy your 'expressiveness-that also makes a difference.. There are many paths, I(I as a trekker (over 100,000 miles in my life) also learned from my experience-and problems. More importnt is for us to start from a common base..Otherwise it is like 'herding Feldenkrais cats' .
that common base I(as with all musicians by example, or even in several sports,) keeps everyone on track, and in communication..meanwhile, good work.

Thank you Josef-- yes, I'm very practical with what works and often find there are many, many pieces that create a network of knowledge and support. Thanks for your work as well. It takes a village to learn... Cheers and Blessings, Annie

nice and at same time, so many steps..will the brain neuro wire? brain needs specific and limited connections. PS it is the grand trochanter that generates the energy {physics 101] .
The biomechanical connection is from roch to pelvic floor (ischium, pelvic floor muscles, then abd fascia transmission..{see my video on core strength in sitting...

Hi Josef, thanks for the comment-- good to hear from you. I've found this quick lesson remarkably effective with people on a hiking trail who have hurt their knees, unable to walk down a mountain and re-set their nervous system and skeletal alignment with this 5-10 minute lesson and able to walk again. There's more of course to work with in integrating patterns with the entire body connection-- chest, head, etc-- each of us having such unique patterns. I have many other lessons working with more in-depth core connection in my Patreon classes.

Try this lesson that works with a sock ball... ua-cam.com/video/ClsRU5-ujGM/v-deo.html this will help differentiate your toes from heel, from my Rabbit series.
