- From the Shipyard that brought you the insanity of a Carpet-bombing monster and innumerable asymetric atrocities, comes a new creation:
An incredibly low-cost bomber that can accelerate your bombs to near-railgun speeds tp pierce even the biggest of enemy ships.
getting "Virgin Artillery fan vs Chad FAB-100 enjoyer" vibes ngl
-Do you know where to find next tarkhan?
-Idk, some weird cheap shaheed-mobil just killed him. So probably next one is far-far-not here...
FAB 100 irl= 100kg bomb
FAB 100 in Highfleet= 100 tonnes bomb
To be fair, think of this:
A 155mm he shell 7kg of HE filler. The largest cannons in Highfleet are 180mm so lets say around 10kg roughly.
As a general rule approximately 60% of a general purpose bomb's mass is HE filler, so a 100kg bomb would have approximately 60kg of TNT.
So, even using a simplified explanation, the FAB-100 should do at least 6 times more damage than the 180mm shell in highfleet. Realistically, larger explosions tend to do more damage to vehicles and complex systems like structures than several smaller explosions, so you would probably be looking at something closer to 10 times the damage.
@@WaluigiIV Right. Bombs tend to have thinner casings because they don't have to withstand the pressure of a cannon. As such they can have more explosive filler even at similar size.
@@WaluigiIV You are forgetting that explosions don't scale in a linear fashion but a inverse cube law fashion so you wont get anywhere close to 10 times the damage from 10 times the explosives. This is why most countries stopped building ridiculously large bombs and also why most Nuclear armed nations retired weapons with a yield of over 1 megaton as it is simply more effective to have multiple moderate sized bombs rather then a few large ones.
@@DeathlordSlavik The inverse cube law, in regards to explosives, is to my understanding primarily a method to determine the “size” of an explosion. In this instance we are discussing a direct (or near direct) explosion. You are right that 100% of the energy shouldn’t transfer, and that explosives lose energy RAPIDLY due to the inverse square law, but as the distance approaches zero the energy transfer becomes exponentially more efficient. In this instance, considering that bombs have thinner casings than shells, and both of these impacts being near zero distance, I believe it is relatively safe to assume a fairly linear energy transfer.
@@WaluigiIV Not just size but also the overall effects due to how energy transfer works as while the math does become more complex at that point its not worth going into. Doesn't matter if the distance is close or zero as the majority of energy from a explosion doesn't transfer into a solid object its in contact with unless it is inside the object as energy from explosions take the path of least resistance which is everywhere else. This is why shaped charges are so much more effective against armor then normal explosives as it forces a far greater portion of the energy to go into the armor.
So long story short your assumption is incorrect as you wont be getting anywhere close to linear energy transfer.
This has 12 seperate peices. 2 engines, 2 two by two hulls, 2 one by two hulls, 1 bridge, 1 fuel tank, 1 generator, 3 bombs. A quarter of this ship is bombs.
The tactical missile for the broke tarkhan
It can be even cheaper by making the side bits triangles instead. Still fits engines, can still put bombs on the bottom. You can also fit two more bombs on top if you want.
Mashallah!
I didn't know bombs were so effective against heavies
Speed of ship = Speed of bomb = Penetration of bomb

My GOD
@@TopHatHatbro is Albert Einstein 🤯
This sounds like a dive bomber with extra steps.
This is a certified Ukraine FPV drone moment
I am trying to do same thing but It doesn't do well against any kind of armour I don't understand what I else need to other than being fast and leaving the bomb at the last second
I dont think game has developed enough its strategic combat mechanics to make this worth, you can literally single ship khiva.
Missile hits ai almost always, planes are devastating and safe atleast for the first strike.
The bombs got the short stick just like the mlrs, zenith or la29.
Kamikaze
bomber but like, bad
bomber but like, not retarded because under player control
How do you build this?
i think i just recreated it, so place one full hull to the left and right of bridge, put d30 engines in them, then below place 3 bombs, then up top place 2 2 slot hulls and put a fuel tank in one and generator in the other
