I have my exway flex for three month now, for the last 3 rides in a row the board at around 36-30 % cuts out the power and immediately go to 0% with bms error and disconnects with remote. I sent an email to exway and waiting for their reply. my riding style is conservative never hit the top speed my average speed is around 20 kph or less sometimes 25 kph and my maximum speed 30 km in little occasions, and I'm using the standard charger.
@@rchrd_dnb they asked me to send them videos of the issue so I just did that...haven’t heard anything else yet but expect I will probably get a replacement battery and/or ESC soon enough
i tried remove battery and clean contacts with anticorosion spray.. that day was good, yesterday ride too, but today i feel vibrating again on my controller.. just little bit, but vibratting.. i dont know, i see in few days

Starý Martin i just got this problem after 700 kilometres. Yesterday while i was in the group ride for about 22km my board started vibrating and i was on 40% battery, i didnt pay attention to it and I continue riding, after 10-15 seconds it vibrated again saying i have 15% left and it just went 0% then the remote says bms error and disconnected. The board just stop working. I went home charge my board and after how many seconds it just stops charging I unplug and plug back the charger like 3 times til it started charging. Then after 30 mins my board was already fully charged. I took it for a ride today not even a minute from 100% it went to 0% and threw me off the board. I went home try to charge my board but it wont charge.
I just got my x1 max after 4 months and it connects with bms error but it works but the remote won’t go in reverse when I throttle back? Any1 help?

Thanks for your quick replies. I've ordered Exway Flex on Saturday and found a video about this error yesterday so I'm a little afraid of it.
My x1 pro did this and I asked to buy a replacement battery. They said to buy a new board! I took it apart and 2 cells were inflated.
What's the board's firmware version????
