Edit: I ran the 2.5 ah battery out and used the 4ah from the mower and it made a huge different in torque. It didn't bog down in heavy weeds and brush and was on par or better than my gas weedeater. The extra cells can output the needed current to keep the rpms high. I'd recommend a 4 ah battery if this is used in heavy weeds.

If you use the 5.0 AH battery it won’t big down.
I am struggling to replace the string. I cannot find a video for the Greenworks 60V 16" Trimmer. The head is different from the older model and the 13 inch trimmers.
I had a little problem the first time adding line. I noticed with everything lined up the line still doesn't want to feed. I tried it again... I noticed a small opening on the upper side where the line goes in. When I fed the line through the hole it fed in exactly how it was supposed to. Hope this helps...
could you please share which direction the heads as you look at it clockwise or counterclockwise
When holding it and looking down, it moves counterclockwise. So to trim along a fence, the fence would be on your right so the string throws the grass away from the fence.
@@gameoflife7235 tyvm my friend I use these to make a living bought a few electric ones that spin clockwise it is ludacris I tell u most trimmers spin counterclockwise so Greenworks got the check in the box
Do you have problems with the string feeding?
None at all. I use the thicker string and never have issues.
