Any advice on how to hit all the back muscles with just a pair of dumbbells? Maybe you could do videos separately for pulling and pushing exercises.
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
Finally amazon basics went a head and got their dumbbells in stock again! 50, 25 and 20 pounds! Didn’t hesitate and got a whole pair! Can’t wait! Thanks for this. 😊

I'm a 67 soon and I've been doing variations of your workouts with hex dumbells and grip plates, I set a 4 station. 20k plate on d.bells down do a pushup then pop up into a shoulder press. then medball slams sets of 10. Then Deadlift into pushup then rows then pushup repeat till I've done 25 then Goblet squats. In total I do 25 -30 of each station then onto other stuff. Great video subscribed 💪👍

Definitely be careful with doing all of those reps! The exercises in the video are intended to give inspiration for movements to put into workouts.

CrossFit doesn't claim to use only certain movements, or that they designed any movements.

I'd recommend around 10-20, but it really comes down to whatever you have available, and the workouts you choose to create.
With 10 sets each, I managed to make it to 11. I probably never will again lol
