After that was fixed, I never had another issue with the car. Now I got a stelvio qv and have been hammering it all day, every drive. Got about 4700miles on it. This car has no issues so far. I hope I don't have to start driving with a OBD scanner again. I would suggest that if it happens again that you get it looked at. Alfa Romeo and the dealerships know that this is a tedious process of finding the fault. I think they are hoping customers will take the "Don't baby it" tagline and drive away. I know you have been through issues before with the 2018 and electronic issues but coming from personal experience with 2 QVs, this is a fixable problem and it will be worth your time finding what's wrong while under the factory warranty. God bless Auto Fanatic. I climbed in my 744 mi 2024 Qv for about the fourth time since I received the car in July of this year. I push the start button, and the thing fires up and idles like a V8 with a lumpy cam. Then, the throttle body fault pops up on the dash. Luckily between ordering the car in August of 2023 and receiving it in July, I had viewed this video and - in anticipation - bought an Autel 319. Problem solved!
