    I find a set of clock movements (eg 12-6; 11-5 and so on helps to ‘ping’ some of the stuck parts loose it they are sore or painful when rolled over in this lesson.
    Also good to do the pairs. 11/5 and 1/7 and so on to amplify the differences.
