Tbh for this set I mean for blu ray you can actually make it a complete series set with the movie season 6 and season 7 well since people are making that season on blu ray but gonna move away from that but anyways you can use the seasons 1-5 complete edition on blu ray and take the movie season 6 & 7 and add them together like get a 10 disc blu ray case add the movie with seasons 1-3 and then use the 9 disc blu ray case for seasons 4-7 and with all those seasons and movie together you made as a complete collection yourself you got yourself a complete series of the clone wars
Well, I guess that's going to be that for a little while with this series. It's been very nifty thus far!
On Blaze DVDs saw this packed with "The Lost Missions" for 78 bucks! think I'll prolly get it!
Be careful. There are a lot of bootlegs of this one floating around now. The easiest "tell" is that the bootlegs are different boxes and lack the art book and episode guide, even though they claim to have them.
@@ChronoRadio Box is the same, however I will ask some people who bought it if it contains those.
Nathan as far as Region 1 is concerned A&E has the rights to distribute Farscape the series. But The Peacekeeper Wars is owned by Lions Gate Entertainment . I know that for the recent 15th Anniversary set they tried to get The Peacekeeper Wars rights but Lions Gate said no. It happens all the time.
If you take out the styrofoam, you can tell if your box is DVD or Blu-ray, Because the BD will slap around, and the DVD won't.
is that audio sync issue just on a couple lines? or that entire episode or disc?
Is there many deleted scenes in the Jedi Temple Archives throughout the series?
Quite a few, though many are just in animatic stages, not at all complete.
Disney is going to release a complete series set of the show on DVD & Blu-ray soon this year or next year.
I'll believe that when I see it, given that it would require Disney to have secretly purchased the physical distribution rights for Seasons 1 - 5 (and possibly the film if included) back from Warner without a single news source reporting on it.
Yea Nathan’s right about that because you gotta think about it even through Disney brought rights to The Clone Wars for Disney+ Werner Bros still owns the rights to the series on dvd and blu ray they still own the movie and Seasons 1-5 because they released them and if Disney tries to take rights again especially on physical media Werner Bros will just share the news to the public as they usual do for everything
@@Code1Lyoko Well, Warner Bros. owns the rights to Babylon 5.
@@DennisTamayo im talking about the clone wars
@@Code1Lyoko Oh, wrong franchise!
You should do a video with all of the deleted scenes in each season.
That isn't really the purview of this series, given that it's about the home video releases, and that would be more of a matter of showing something that isn't in the main content of any home video release, hence still being deleted. Doesn't matter overall anyway, though, given that those are BD exclusives, which means I have no way to capture that material.
Hey Nathan I have a question. The voice problem with disc 2 only appears on the Bluray right? Just wanted to be sure.
+TheSinnohTrainer Yes, as far as I know.
+Nathan Butler Thanks a lot. Love your videos.
I see there is an import/region free blu-ray, do you have it? Second, if you do, is there any difference than the domestically released version. I was thinking about upgrading to the blu-ray and I see the import version is much cheaper. Thanks!
+John Phillips I don't tend to do the imports, just the U.S. releases, barring something unusual that has no US counterpart like the Executor VHS set or the VCDs.
+Nathan Butler thanks for the reply.
Why've you got our dust cover seperate for the book?
The book itself is stacked up with others with post-its in it marking pages where there are info I need to put into the Star Wars Timeline Gold. I don't want the dust jacket to get damaged as I do that.
Nathan Butler ah right. great video btw, keep them coming :)
When is the next episode gonna be?
No idea yet. I'm spending time right now working on the rather large backlog of material I need to get onto The Star Wars Timeline Gold and working out how to deal with the canon announcement from April 25 in that document. More in this video series will be coming, probably later this month, but I can't say when.
You should do the Lego ones next.
That is the plan for the next 3 episodes.
How many disc have audio sync issues?
Just one (in both this set and Season 5's separate set, produced and released at the same time).
+Nathan Butler ahh thanks! That makes me more inclined to purchase the set, the movie, and the lost missions before Rebels season 2 is released. Thanks!
