For us, 80% of our laundromat's wash and fold businss is pickup and delivery vs when the customer drops it off. Of the pickup and delivery business 75% is residential and 25% are commercial accounts. We make it easy in our www.curbsidelaundries.com software for residential customers to schedule their own pickup and deliveries
