Just another use of the Lever Arm attachments for your racks. I believe I saw someone selling a plate that can be mounted across the lever arms but my heel fits nicely on the standard handle.
My rack happens to only be 24" depth so when I leave the olympic bar in the J cups it works nicely as a brace to hold for support while kicking out but even on a deeper rack you could come up with something utilizing the the safeties to get support. Pretty simple but I hadn't seen any videos using it this way.
Then again I do seal rows by laying a plank across my safeties on my rack with a bar underneath and I don't see that online either.

They don't need to be moved away when using rack for barbell exercises right? I can just live them there permanently and attach j cups to them to do barbell press exercises? They could be used as monolifts too?
I have a titan foldable wall x-3 .
Don't wanna be removing them all the time

Can the Titan lever arms fit on the Rep Fitiness Omni Rack? It's has 3x3 uprights and 1inch holes.
