HI Vigilant - a King Sized fitted sheet is done the same way, except there may be too much material to do the whole section at once. You have to do the section near the corner and then simply shift the sheet along sideways so you can iron the middle section, including the crease. You can then either move the sheet on to another section at the crease side and sift it back to the edge on that section or move back to the edge and do the same movement again, finishing that section with the centre piece.
