I've been watching Trisha's videos for a while, and at first she seemed like a little bit to much foe me, but now I can definately say - I love Trisha! She is sooo positive and chill, whenever I'm down or something I just watch some of her vlogs or talk videos and they just make me soo relaxed, so I just wanted to say thank you for enterntaining and amusing all of us!

Wow you like all the snacks you were asked to promote...ugh. I understand you have bills to pay but its so hard to trust beauty gurus and other youtubers when they'll be 100% positive about a company that just happens to sponsor them. I don't mind sponsoring but it doesn't need to be over the top and youtubers should be much more transparent about being paid to endorse things!

My favorite healthy snack is anything with sesame seeds. And I also love nuts. Almonds pecans pistachios are my favorite. Very filling and with pistachios it takes time to crack them. There's this place on my hometown called Diane's natural food market. Love their sesame sticks. They are about an inch and have that nutty flavor. So good. Right now I'm on a clear liquid diet for possible stomach flu but ah those sound so good.

Great to see you trying to eat healthier Trish. Remember portion control is bullshit and never works long term for weight loss or health. Calories are not the enemy it's the *SOURCE* of the calories we have to be conscious of. You can eat unlimited amounts of nutritious healthy high carb cals like fruit, potatoes, rice, pasta (with low fat vegan topping) and *in time* become a super lean, happy healthy bean! Avoid excess HIGH FAT foods, they will prevent you getting lean. Drop the calorie-fear and pick up the RIGHT healthy calories and you can smash in as many as you want sister. That's what I did and I've lost over 40lbs and overcome low thyroid function and more. Try the *raw till 4* lifestyle. P.S - I briefly spoke about you in my video today.

At least we get to see what certain items/products are about and if you want to get them or not is you're decision, take it or leave it! Fat content doesn't necessarily mean anything it is all about the sugar, the ingredients, and the type of carb/how much of a carb. Eggs and avocado are LOADED with fat, but that is very healthy fat that is extremely beneficial to your body. Just so you know :o)

***** well, party but not entirely. I believe that what is inside of something matters more than the overall calories. If you eat a whole cantaloupe that's probably 350 calories or so and you can eat a piece of cake for about 350 calories as well, clearly the cantaloupe would be a better choice for your body. However, the amount of calories you eat no matter the composition, determines how much fat you may gain, but then again your caloric intake varies for your age, sex, activity level, etc. I guess you could say it all matters!
***** Actually the calories aren't very important. It's the quality of food you're eating. Our society puts way too much focus on the calories and not enough on what we are actually eating. If you're eating wholesome, natural, unprocessed food. The calories aren't as significant. Now, I'm not saying free for all go eat 10,000 calories a day. It's just calories shouldn't be the main concern. Quality should be.

Those dark cocoa almonds are dangerous. Loved them. I had to make sure to measure out into bags so I wouldn't eat the whole thing. Love the idea of NatureBox and I might upgrade the size of my box because it took a little over a week to go through my box.
