I miss this Trisha. She seems much more genuine. I have been on a trend of watching her videos from 2012 and earlier and she just seems more real. Now a days it seems like she is trying really hard to be confident and is faking happiness. I don't mean this in a rude way or anything. I LOVE watching her videos and think she is awesome. I just worry that she isn't as happy as she would like us all to believe.
Finley Rose well on her vlog channel for a few months she actually cried and shared some deep things quite a lot but of course people had to be jerks about it so she doesn't really do it that often anymore. She is happy a lot but she does probably get sad quite a bit like most people.

This is such a different Trish... You're so naturally beautiful here, you seem more laid back, calm, happy, etc. Where that girl go? This girl was too shy to eat a little healthy snack on camera, now you'll stuff your face all day with no reservations. I love you girl, for real but the old you seems more like the real you. Don't try so hard, calm down a bit, and truly love yourself.

some people , probably u, think that buy fruit at the store is unhealthy because its lost its nutrients. low calorie is a better option than candy bars

@IsCedar Yes, you will see a difference if you cut out diet soda also. No, they are not fattening, but they do cause you to retain water which can add pounds.

have u tried Rice Cakes? I absolutely love em. My local generic brand actually has less calories per serving than the Quaker brand. Soon as you get them, diving them up into single servings in ziplock bags and put in freezer (so if u crave, u have to wait for them to thaw... otherwise ull overeat them cut theyre so good) .Also, JenniO lean ground turkey can be used for any ground beef replacement. Tastes like beef. The extra lean I wouldn't recommend though (it tastes like ground chicken!)

i am on a diet myself and it's going great, i just wanted to say that you don't actually need to eat all of that stuff, you can get your proteins and everything else from foods that aren't processed or that come in bars or packets :)

You should try Innocent Veg Pots. Omg they are amazing! Each pot is full of vegatables, spices and sauces and they are soo tasty (coming from a person who isn't a veggy fan) and they are only about 300 cals each. They also can fill you up for the rest of the day. Best thing I've ever discovered!
I love how she's covering her mouth and said she shouldn't have eaten on camera blah blah blah and that is disgusting and when somebody ask her to do an eating show she said Gross now she does full on mukbangs

have you noticed that the supreme bars have given you energy?! i take them in the morning, and i notice a big difference in my energy levels at school during the day when i eat them that morning! they're amazing, good choice! haha

Trish if you want to loose weight quicker i would definitely recommend not counting calories as much but rather cutting down on the sugar. Sugar causes a hormonal response in your body and is the main cause of extra fat. I reccomend eating whole foods (ones that arent low fat) and low in sugar. Those will keep you fuller for longer and wont spike your blood sugar and make you hungry in a shorter amount of time.
i would love to view your workout routine..i struggle with my weight constantly and i would really like some pointers.. if thats possible.

oh and make sure the flax is grounded otherwise it will not do anything-they have to be grounded-they are amazing for weight loss! I know I am weird for talking about this-but they do help:)
Making a smoothie everyday for breakfast got me to lose lots of weight because of the fibre and nutrients it had. My stomache was getting flatter. The receipe is frozen berries,handful of spinich, half banana, a little bit of orange juice, some yogurt, acaii juice, teaspoon of coconut oil for good fats, and a couple of teaspoons of flax. This smoothie is good for morning, gets you energetic & keeps everything going if you know what i mean ... Fibre really helps with weight loss lol..
I love skinny cow. I'm trying to get healthier & more fit too. I bought some resistance bands to use at home when i can't or don't want to go to the gym. I seem to sensitive to carbs & sugar so I'm going to lessen that dramatically and infuse more fruit & veggies into my diet. I'm limiting red meat and eating mostly seafood & some chicken. I am trying to drink more water, but it gets so boring. I'm going to look up recipes ahead of time so I'm not confused when I go shopping& less processed food

i like to take a tomato and a tablespoon or two of honey and eat them together. it takes better than it sounds
so when you do ur skiny cookbook video (which you should) will you like put in the description or do something to let us know where you got all the products in this video and an estamite for how much they cost. And for like the protien bars can 17 year olds eat those bc i know for some protien things they say you should be 21 or older please thumb this up bc i really wanna know if i can eat those bc i have been dying to find some sort of protien bars for after i work out
the best time to eat if you are going to exercise is an hour and a half beforehand, because thats when the nutrients and everything that would be turned into fat would be released, so instead it goes into your muscles.

I'm on a "diet" as well and a quick exercise that is GREAT is jogging/running in place. Just 15 minutes will burn 250 calories. I do that plus LOTS of walking. I was down 40 pounds but gained back 10 after my sister passed away. I'm getting back to it this week though. :) Keep up the good work! You look great already though. ;)
