    Hey mate, what’s size bags are you running for you oysters?

  • @nielvanzyl
    @nielvanzyl 3 роки тому

    Thanks for the updates, you are spreading that inspiration!
    May I ask why you decided on two fruiting rooms instead of one large fruiting room? I'm weighing this decision up at the moment.
    Seems like lots of new medium-scale growers are opting for one large room, where two rooms do give the option of fruiting different species at different temperatures.
    Then again, two rooms do add complexity if one is regulating to distinct environments with their own controls, sensors, humidifiers, coolers/heaters, ducts etc.
    Would be interested to hear your thoughts on this

    • @OakandSpore
      @OakandSpore  3 роки тому +2

      Mainly cleaning. If you want to clean a single room, every thing have to come out. That's hard if there are blocks fruiting.

  • @arnoldasskulskis9276

    Ive been always curious - so how people actually decide to make a farm? Do you find someone who you will be selling them before hand or how does it work?
    For me now its a pretty interesting hobby but who knows what might happen in the future. Im pretty sure this industry should go through the roof in some years.

    • @OakandSpore
      @OakandSpore  3 роки тому +1

      Its easy to over think. Have a look in your area, are there small mushroom farms in existence? If not then there's probably room for one. People always need to eat.
