- This is my 1999 Suzuki RMX250 dirt bike that I'm rebuilding to be a road legal rm250 replica! In this episode I start the process of completely rebuilding the 2 stroke engine after I discovered it had a blown crank bearing in the last episode.
Here are some links to the schematics that I used. Torque specs are from a workshop/owners manual which are still available at Suzuki dealers.

I wonder if you ever had a problem with some of the smaller bearings being able to fall back out after installation
ive never had the issue because they're such a tight fit its unlikely

I just picked up a 98 canadian rmx . Any ideas of plastics I can get for it? Did you use rm plastics?
im not sure if our year model RMX's are the same as the us RMX's are different but yes I used Rm plastics from the same year as my rex
What did you do to clean the case?
Vapor blasting/hydro blasting
Where do you find the components for this
