This video is about an amazing strategy to level up to four characters (these can be your own characters or people who are paying you to boost) super-fast with a level 10 twink boost.
So I’m going to brake something to blizzard that’s a complete shocker to them “”you are meant to get stronger as you level Not weaker”” boom blizzards mind is blown.
Yeah that does suck. I psynced my main down to lvl 60 and ran some low-level wod dungeons and every mob was like a raid boss. That's so messed up.
Monsters also get stronger as you do. Try to keep your mind unblown. Also, if you could kill everything in one shot, only people like yourself would enjoy one shotting everything and not having skill required.
You also have the option of hitting the same queue with the alts you want to level and your twink seperately in groups. The best expansion to boost in is TBC dungeons because of how short they are and how great the mob density is. The best class you can use for this purpose is monk and specifically brewmaster monk. You can easily setup a lvl 10 twink monk with barely any gear to be able to do this. All you need is the lifestealing weapon enchant for a 2hander which could be the heirloom staff or something similar, it's not worth taking 2, 1 handers because of the poor rate of procs on said enchant.
There are a couple additional ways to get around the exp debuff and one of them i mentioned further up.
Yeah those are very good suggestions. I'm familiar with your work on lvl boosting-I didn't mention those things mainly because I felt it would detract from the value of your (excellent) content, not because they are not important.

Epic guide Archvaldor! I feel you are pumping out content so quickly this expansion and it’s not even all expansion related. I would for sure sign up to your Patreon if I didn’t have so many secrets of my own.
You can group up your lvl 10 twink and a high lvl character and enter a dungeon. While at the bosses, log out of the high lvl character that has cleared all the trash and kill the boss with the lvl 10 twink. Its a lot more faster to gear up this way, however the loot will be legacy which means if you are a mage for example you can get any armor type. The benefits of it is that it drops 2 pieces of loot each boss (in wod atleast). You can still kill the bosses with your high lvl character, but you'll only recieve one gear on your twink, and the other on your high lvl character. You can also use the custom group method where you make a custom group as the high lvl character and then you make both characters leave (twink first) so you'll get kicked out of the dungeon and be but right infront of the entrance.
I grouped with a level 10 twink a while back and they demolished dungeons with 2 shotting bosses. I thought it was common knowledge that 10s were ridiculously overpowered, since this has been around since BFA. People were experimenting with this as far back as WoD when they first changed how twink/low level scaling worked with the original templates.
Yeah it is fairly well known..this video was more about the ways around the xp debuff.

Y'know I started playing again recently for the first time since I left mid-BFA... Wasn't a fan of the level squish idea, still not really a fan... That aside, it has really confused me how like it feels like I am REALLY STRONG when I'm going through Bastion as like a level 15 in heirloom gear and what not and then I go to character who is like level 50 in Bastion and it's like... I feel weaker...
I should intuitively feel stronger or AT LEAST about equal to my level 15 character when I am on a level 50 character, but no... I mean, I guess my heirlooms dont go up that high but still... It's really odd...
A lot of it just seems odd, like with the level squish idk how it feels to new players maybe its good, but for someone who has been playing since TBC it feels like a lot of things were not intended to have the levels like this... You also just level up really quickly these days in spite of how they removed the heirloom exp (aside from the rested stuff)...

I saved this until cobalt got fixed because most people will just do the thing with least resistance. Even now there's Brackenwall (though no super-powers there obviously).
I do this, its insanely fun. Even the whole setup of min maxing a lvl 10 twink monk. There are also other twinks capable of this, lvl 11 fury warrior, lvl 11 guardian bear tank, lvl 11-13 mage, paladin, shaman, and ive even seen a shadow priest do this. FTP accounts at 20 can also do this just not as efficient.
I love how you're going through XPoff for this. I really appreciate you and your channel, even if I continuously quit WoW because they always get rid of everything that's actually fun since you're not allowed to have fun that cuts into them selling character boosts.
Ty. Much as I love the site I should stress the 5-man method I show in the video is one I came up with myself. It may be on xpoff somewhere (there's so much content there) but I could not find it when I searched.
I used to do speedruns on my level 10 twink in PUG Dungeon finder - when i still played. I'd usually hop on him around different holidays, i used a Mistweaver Monk queued as tank get a lifestealing weapon and then at one point you could get Tert gear i had everything with speed on it, speed enchants, speed consumes, ran on a Highmountain tauren for the Bull rush racial. and would just full pull the dungeon. Name was Doubletime.
How i always boosted my friends, Could be trickier with larger groups is you'd pick a dead chromie time, all queue at the same time for specified roles. Then once you're all in a dungeon together and complete it, you can hit the Queue as group button at the end - which from there you can do any dungeons. If you do it that way nobody except the twink is getting the XP debuff :)
Personally never done Paid boosting but i've countless time done the Queue as group at the end of the dungeon for Randoms before.
so really if youre doing it coordinated its as easy as just getting into the FIRST dungeon together and then from there just never leave the instance group and you guys can spam dungeons as long as you want with up to 4 people not getting the experience elim.
I've been gearing twinks in wod dungeons for a while now, will probably be even faster now with more level 10s queued
I've been playing my level 10 Warrior since WotLK, seen it all concerning 10s. This expansion is just nuuuuuuts scaling-wise. You're easily able to push 3 secondary stats above 30%. I've also never seen so many level 10s around. It's really nice to see such a niche twink level flourish like this.

Ty:)You'd be surprised at all the stuff I monitor. I check out pet battling forums on a regular basis.
I found out TJS is currently bugged and after killing the first boss (Mari) the game doesn't count him as a kill (maybe because it's not the same NPC than the M+ version ? ). But the juicy part is that for some reasons you can actually cross the door to 3rd boss right after killing him, skipping a lot of time in the process. I tried this out with a group full of randoms and we managed to do runs in less than 5 minutes.
Now, keep in mind that when you are level 10 and in MoP timeline, you can only tag to this specific dungeon. Meaning a level 10 twink with a party of 4 others people with levels ranging from 10 to 59 can actually chain tag this dungeon in random dungeon finder. Meaning you get the xp for completing a random one.
I don't know if your method could apply here but since TJS is a very packed dungeon, maybe leaving the toons at the entrance could work.
TJS works exactly as you describe, a very powerful strategy. I didn't put it in because xpoff has a guide where they mention the tjs/random dungeon thing and it didn't feel right to mention it, even with attribution. But very strong nonetheless, ty for the contribution.

If the person you are boosting can que as tank or heals you can get in the same group easier. me and some friends have been doing this. Also all dungeon quest can proc same ilvl as wod gear. and you can get a same ilvl int dagger from princess in mauradon at level 10.
That's true though I found the tank/healer were often getting invites where the dps were not. I got the dagger while making this it got caught because I wanted this to be very tightly edited-but its useful info ty.

I made a tier list on xp off its public information. use that if you want to min-max this.
I do this a lot. The best way to do this as you mentioned is to queue the same dungeon at same time but in different parties. Have someone on opposite party be a tank or healer, and you be the opposite. if the person or even your alt doesnt have this ability to queue as a tank or heals, bring an alt in that party that can. Wait for queues to pop at same time. Once you land together in the dungeon you can then queue endlessly without a debuff. No need to pay to remove debuff and readd repeatedly. Honestly in my experience of doing literally thousands of boosts/runs at this point, no one complains the second they realize a booster is in the party and do not mind if someone just follows another. I even tell them "X" player is an alt or whatever and set follow. The only downside of queueing with an xp capped player is the wait time between queues after you land one dungeon. Im sure its intended by blizzard or a bug. Even if you have a full party the queue timer bugs out and tries to find a dps player. or shows its missing 1 person. However, even with wait times and a fully geared twink, you clear the dungeons in less than 3 minutes and wait around a minute to maybe 3 to queue next which results in faster lvls then queueing normally. I can get someone to lvl 10-60 in under 4 hours. Much faster than cobalt was before nerf and also faster than new location. Twinks are the fastest way to lvl any character, just overshadowed by the hype of 60-70 boosting in new spot right now. - also love these videos! been following you for years.
I think the primary purpose of the scaling changes was to eliminate timewalking gear from timewalking and the mage tower. Scaling is goofy for twinks, but most people wouldn't consider the amount of grinding necessary to fully gear a twink.
run WOD dungeons about 20 times and youll be at least 80% "fully" epic gear ...
@@mathieumansire372 Actually I have several characters that are fully geared in wod epic gear. It takes about 250 runs to do that. The drop rate is pretty low, and due to the massive loot tables, it can take a long time for the right item to drop. The sockets seem to be much rarer than they were earlier in the expansion.
@@kaakrepwhatever last week about 7 epics dropped for me on my mage , I didnt do 100 runs , the wod epic gear gear drop are so high it feels unfair compared to the other dungeons
@@kaakrepwhatever I can imagine it takes hella long time to ge t the head and shoulders , the rest if you kill the right bosses First (switching dungeons) you can get fairly quickly id say 90% of the gear you need is on the FIrst 2 bosses

Love your content, wonder if this video will spark any changes. Been playing 10 twinks for quite a few years now- this is the most powerful they've ever been. I would say its very niche as a hobby/community
Strange its niche because most of the time I was playing warcraft for fun I found twinking more enjoyable than the main game.

Most people I show my 10 to say 'so you destroy in bgs?' 10 twinking makes me think about the game in a different way because suddenly I'm curious about trinkets and engineering stuff from 10+ years ago. I describe it like playing Diablo; you are farming a TON for a very minor or niche collectors item that increases your power by a very small amount. My 10 monk is a trophy character and a nice break from endgame.

That content is so interesting and Blizzard just tries to pretend its not there. The thing about that is Blizzard has consciously tried to diabolize wow for some time now with no success at all, yet emergent gameplay like twinking does so in a really compelling way.
5:30, there is tip (from me who did lots of monk boosts), go on ur twink, ENABLE xp, invite 2nd char u boost, and 1 more ALT on 1 of ur free accounts that are 10+ lvl (must be 10++++, and dont need to be paid 2nd acc, just 1 trial acc), give this ALT leader, que for TBC or dungeons of choice, when popup, LEAVE from dungeon grp as ALT, then when u see ur normal grp (non dungeon one) KICK EVERY1!!! from ur grp, so booster and boostie is separately now, then TP out of dungeon on booster char, DISABLE xp, and voila, u are in same dungeon grp in less than 4 minutes of efforts
edit: 8:40, when u do like i described above, u dont need to relevel twink again and again, just do that same route for every new buyer u have (or ur twink whatever)
I saw Zuldasar give that tip and while he is a great youtuber generally, he's a bit vague on that, and I could not make that work. I'll give it another go.
@@archvaldor simply cuz he could have explain in wrong way so u just dont get it right, try as i explained, but do it with ur twinks, total u need 3 accounts (1 paid 2 trials) on 1 master account BNET, with unlocked allied race

Respectfully, the ilevel 33 gemmed gear from BC dungeons doesn't even come close to the ilevel 59 Warforged gear. Also, the Warforged can sometimes proc a socket. We mostly just spam Shadowmoon Burial Grounds and the Slagmines until we get bis.

It was coming close enough for leveling purposes, and it is much easier to get. If you want to do pvp or something else competitive you need every extra edge of course. That said spamming those two dungeons is most of it-takes forever as you know to get full bis.
The level squish and stat squish absolutely fucked the game the first time lol, imagine the second one being even more messed up... oh wait

The issue is that they laid off the Department of Unintended Consequences™ some years back to save money. Now many things that happen in the game as a result of development decisions come as a surprise to them.
Clever, and good to know, but quite a lot of work with twinking and multiple accounts. You can level a tank or healer to level cap in less time than this with instant dungeon queues. Even if you don’t plan to play the tank or heal spec at endgame, it’s a fast way to level. Mages, Rogues, and Warlocks may take longer since they have no tank or heal spec, though,
I think you might be overestimating the amount of work involved, and underestimating how long it takes most people to level.
I always find it funny when im boosting one of my alts and they get kicked by a level 54 paladin that is doing nothing. Like im literally making it to where you dont have to lift a finger and you still are worried about my alt having me on auto follow

I just find it so hilarious that Blizzard has taken every measure possible to stop twinking except the actual root cause of the problem - the scaling. This game is so bad. It's ridiculous that a level 10 character is the strongest your toon will be until you get max gear at level 70.
And I say that as someone who has and continues to abuse twinks. The 101 and 111 twink days will be missed though.
You may have gotten comments about this already, but the NPCs are actually called Behsten and SLahtz, not STahtz; they are a pun on "best in slots"...unless you intentionally mispronounced it to get more engagement from pedants like myself; in which case, good on ya :P
So I know WoD warforge bring ilvl59 but I heard SL gear can proc epic aswell and only brings ilvl to 39 making it ideal for 10 twinks(better enchant in this bracket). Have you heard or seen anything like this?
I hadn't but it makes sense.
I have not seen an epic in Shadowlands low level gear, but you do occasionally see sockets and tertiary stats.
@Katherine S I've seen an epic upgrade drop from a world rare but nothing from dungeons yet
there is something else about SL that is desired for this. and its 1 trinket, 1 weapon from plaguefall. and 1 trinket from DOS. when you get ooze, pox sword and shadowgrasp totem on a tune that can use all 3. is once your in a que for a diff timeline u leave and enter "CURRENT TIME" this busts the scaling of the SL trinket and weapon procs and you end up being carried by the sword aoe and the ooze, go mega pull and that totem also becomes insane incase you drop oozes due to running without mobs. but so long as someone else in the group has non current timeline they can que ur party for non bfa time and you retain the busted scaling
So I’m still watching, but quick question. Should the level 10 be on a separate account, IE free trial account? Or is there a way to boost your alts that are on the same account which you normally can’t log into at the same time?
Simple answer: the 10 should be on a separate account. Complex answer: it is theoretically possible to do it on account by logging characters in and out repeately using the old method zero strategy. But the process would be so torturous I couldn't recommend it. You'd go mad doing it.

It is surprisingly well hidden you'd probably never know from just playing the game. You have to be interested in twinking.

This is really neat, but is it that much more effective than just queueing for a dungeon? Controlling 4 trial accounts, turning exp off, keeping the debuff active on one but falling off the others, etc... idk, it doesn't seem worth it? Maybe I'm underestimating how much exp you get? And since Blizzard is trying to add in countermeasures to it makes me worry they'd take action against accounts that use loopholes.
Still a cool trick and it might be fun to do just to see people in awe of you soloing dungeons.
You are leveling 4 characters at once as fast as you would one and you are one-shotting everything so yeah its worth it. I'm not sure hoe experienced you are with wow but there are plenty of problems with doing it in conventional ways (eg pug dungeons "can we wait for my friend?" "does any one know where we are going?" "keep up with me noobs while I pull the whole dungeon (dies instantly)" etc) .

You're going to make a free account.... make a mage. Spend a few hours getting twink gear. Then getting on your main and trying to queue at the same time over and over again?
I'm a little slow, so bear with me here: do you have to do the XP unlock dance at the start of each dungeon to prevent the twink from gaining XP? Everything I've read on boosting with twinks makes it sound like it's one-and-done, but that doesn't make sense to me so I worry that it's require each time (not a major hassle, but definitely more lift and would be nice to know if I ever find myself boosting folks). Also, does the dungeon group stay formed after the end of the dungeon?

I need some help with This, it says I can't zone in into s mythic draenor dungeon while time walking, went back and turn time walking of and it say I have to be lvl 40. Any work around?
Change from mythic to normal or heroic?
so just to clear up as i am new to twinking. To be able to boost your own character you must create a whole other Blizzard account and gear/level (a monk for example)? which can be a trial account?

@@archvaldor Also, while waiting for a reply i managed to level a monk on another blizzard account just incase and before starting the levelling i found a couple comments which mentioned to not go over 15%-20% exp as this will affect the difficulty of the mobs. After finishing exile's (because that is the only way to level on a new character) i was well over that amount and was wondering if it will drastically affect the twinking experience and if i will have to make another character.
If you’re doing this to boost yourself … considering the amount of time it would take to get to 50ilevel and synchronise the queues …
Would it not be better to just level normally ?
If you are synchronizing ques you only have to level one twink to level infinite characters. Then you only need to synchronize ques once per session-after the first dungeon you can re-que-your twink and your boost are already in the same group. This is MUCH faster than questing or whatever.

Thats the issue with scaling. You should get stronger with every level. They must nerf the npcs scaling becuz they scale higher a bit.
That does seem very counter-intuitive doesn't it?
I think players get weaker as an incentive for them to start gearing up when they reach max level. It's intended, not an accident.
@@kaakrepwhatever that and you have fuller toolkits and as such its a push at you to start learning how to optimize your role and spec. where as lvl 10s thru 20s have training wheels by blizzard with error threshold due to lack of toolkit, talents and experience

You can just do the simultaneous que method and avoid that, which is why mentioned it first. But I think you are dramatically overstating the difficulty of forming a dungeon team with your own toons. It takes minutes-I find it a lot easier than leveling via questing or most other regular options.

Not sure if it's been nerfed or not, or if it's just a one time glitch but as an arcane mage I queued for dungeon finder (classic), completed a dungeon with that group and upon completion I queued again with the same group. When we did the next dungeon, I noticed that my arcane charges wouldn't build up anymore. Arcane charges stayed at 0 the second dungeon we did for every mob, and dmg was capped at 48-49 per arcane blast. So as far as I can see the arcane changes build up when you're not queuing with the same group. Hope this was helpful.
Interesting. Seems like it wasn't a visual? I've heard of a lot of similar glitches in solo shuffle but not in dungeons...fascinating. If there's an angle here that's positive I'll make sure to give you accreditation in any video.
I have same glitch all you need to do is get out of combat 2 minute and charges will be reset
A good tip here is if your level 10 has more than 20% EXP points then kill and start over. Between 20 and 30% then the when XP is off then
the NPC's will get a health boost. Keep your level 10 under 15% EXP points or try only having EXP points within just the first bar only.
great video, just a doubt can I farm the dg solo with twink level 19 too?
You can but it will be slower and you need to be more careful. My level 20 free trial survival hunter can solo everything with about 60% bis.

Nevermind. Noted that you can't disable xp on a starter account.
I made a specific video about using trial twinks after this one if you want to pursue this. Trial twinks are slightly less powerful but you can use them forever.

Possible but it would be very unwise but this isn't the only way to do this obviously...Blizzard would be wasting their time doing that IMHO. You have to remember you can only do this because of a previous dumb hotfix they didn't think through.
TBH I don´t think so.. remember the 101 twinks at Legion times.. they never got nerfed till BFA
How do I get the gear to be 59? I’ve tried zoning in manually and it’s still Ilevel 33 in the wod dungeon
You are doing nothing wrong, its just a rare drop chance. Most of the time you get nothing (in a group) or 33 gear. Most of the time you won't get anything on an entire dungeon run. With a main boost you can run the things so fast (3-4 mins) 59 gear will start to drop.
@@archvaldor I’ve geared up my twink through about 15 hrs of BC dungeons with my alt leveling, and never gotten any higher than 33. Is 33 the cap for gear in BC, but WoD can scale to 59 if lucky?
Also, does it matter if we have WoD chromie time on or not for getting the warforged procs?
it takes a long time to get all ilevel 59, I am almost there. I just need shoulders, gloves, belt and one more trinket.
i dont really care about the levelling but is this viable for boosting people in timewalking for speed purposes?
Probably but timewalking is so fast by itself I'm not sure it would be necessary. It depends on the iteration: WOTLK timewalking is easy, I've experienced problems in the past with broken mechanics in BC and cata where a twink would have been useful.

Ilvl 59 gear is ALWAYS better in every slot excluding 3 socket chest and legs.
idk honestly why u call it exploit if that just called "twinking", i have lvl10 monk myself and its not exploit cuz u put time into that to make him work, to farm bis in every slot etc, not exploit imo, just a bit... strange scaling for lvl10 that can solo dungeons

That's a strong spec for this. I have a slight preference for arcane mage as I find arcane explosion does much the same as spinning crane kick while arcane blast demolishes bosses very effectively. But it is really a matter of personal preference: both are very effective.

11 bear is the strongest/fastest clear

Now the real hurdle is having a pc that can run multiple accounts at the same time.
What you see on the screen is a comp I bought in 2016. I think if you can run wow on normal settings then you can put everything on min and it should work with multiple accounts. Make sure you have enough memory obviously.

I just did 8 dungeons and not a single socket gear dropped, also a few of those were WoD and still only ilvl 33, never get warforged :(
That's not that unusual unfortunately. Though your luck should turn around soon at least in the early stages of gearing.
BTW has anyone tips regarding pure HP increase? Not in % but in numbers like the current event buff gives 3.884 additional HP..

This is all good but how do I run multiple wow clients with multiple accounts?
You can have up to 7 accounts-these can be paid or starter addition accounts-usually default called "wow1...wow 2..etc". You just click on the wow icon for each account and you can open multiple clients simultaenously. Your comp might struggle if you are running a potato but provided you turn all the graphics settings right down then given that your computer can play the game at all it can probably handle it. My comp is from 2016 and as you can see it does the job fine mostly.

How do you get the 10g on a free trial account for the exp elimination?
Buy a weird commodity off the ah for silver then sell it for 1000 g or something, buy it with your main. AH is cross-realm now for commodities.
Do the Legion intro and skip the scenario to go right to Dalaran. When you get the Dalaran Hearthstone you also get Tomes that are grey that vendor for 31 gold. I am not sure if a trial account can do this. You might be able to get the legion starter on the Hero’s call board.

It can take quite a few runs....this may not be for you. Alternatively go for socketed gear from hellfire ramparts etc...seemed to drop a lot faster for me and the drop tables confirm that.

I have heard a number of people claiming they could do in 3 hours. I'm a bit more methodical so it would probably take me 4, but 3 isn't outlandish.

If you level past 30% of level 10 the enemy's get stronger
they dont, they always match your lvl or +1, to +3 above it. however in some dungeons as you progress the mobs deeper within do get stronger and is unrelated to xp bars. with how fast lvling is now days its prolly causing people to associate bars with enemies stronger. but its not the case. there is not a scaling template for a players bars. thats wayyyyy to much backend for really any company to do and not to mention utterly pointless as bars dont power you up. only lvls and gear do
Is lvl 10 still the best?
Basically yes though certain talents and things can make slightly higher levels sttractive. level 20's are weaker than 10';s but have the huge advantage that they can be starter edition characters that can't gain xp without having to turn it off and all the problems that brings.

Yeah I know. There's various reasons for not publishing that (other than that I had some difficulty actually making it work). One is that it I didn't develop it, another is that it will still be there if this method gets fixed.

@@DragonSlash42 I ended up buying a Big Bag of Booty off the AH on my main account and using it on the ground for my level 10 to pick up. I tried testing earning 10 gold from 1-10 and could only manage to get to about 8g. I believe there are other ways to do it but that was the quickest for me.

Mistweaver Monk is by far the best (endless spam kicks). Then arcane mage, warrior (I think arms is best could be wrong there), surv hunter holy pala. Everything else is situational.

This seems like a whole lot of effort and time rather than just spending 10-20 hours leveling a character 1-60 going relatively slowly doing quests.

Yes, why would you level four characters in 6-8 hours when you could level one in 10 by questing?
