Just accepted a seat in a PA program starting this august. Seeing this video is great to see how you're balancing social life, studying, and THRIVING as a PA student! You go girl! Happy I found your channel :)
literally just found this video because I'm contemplating about switching back into the medical field, and this is pushing me to go! I LOVE your videos, keep posting and I'm happy I've found your channel!!
Nice job, just a little advice... Your sutures are solid- but they're really tight- We dont need to anchor them down as tight as you would think. They can burst or rip skin.
How much material do you have to study and learn each week, like tests, powerpoint slides, lectures, etc.? I’m a medical laboratory scientist in healthcare right now and am doing my prereqs for PA school and hear PA school is challenging, so im a bit intrigued just how challenging it is.
I honestly cannot even quantify the amount of lecture slides each week.. probably thousands. As for exams, I would usually have 1-3 exams per week. Classes usually from 8am-5pm with some exceptions / depending on the course load for that quarter/semester! But you can do it !!
Hey awesome video. This is my first time watching your channel. I have a question which South University campus do you attend. I am currently in my MPH program with South University and considering continuing with South in my PA Program. What is the program like, do you feel that you are being prepared adequately?
Tremendously. Honestly, PA school rewired my brain to study differently. Honestly, I would study with more intent and I use a million resources - both of which I never really did much of in undergrad
Most programs don't allow their students to work full-time while in PA school! My schedule is a pretty strict 8am-5pm classes M-F, and then studying after class / on the weekends, so I'm not even sure a full-time job would be attainable! But every program & everyone's situation is different :)
To all you newbies on her channel that’s encouraging her to breakup with her husband just know she’s capping y’all don’t even know how she interacts with her husband at all.😂😂😂😂

Tremendously. Honestly, PA school rewired my brain to study differently. Honestly, I would study with more intent and I use a million resources - both of which I never really did much of in undergrad

I’m a sophomore in college rn and I’m trying to pick PA schools!
How many years of college do you have to do to be a pa ?
Honestly, do you think it's possible for a working adult to attend PA school while working full-time if they have experience in pre-hospital?
