Hi Amanda! Yes, Monterrey MX. It's called "La Guerrerense Puto Valle". I couldn't find a FB or website link for that location, but it comes up on Google. The address is Santa Engracia, 66267 San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. If you go, let us know how you like it!
Martín, no sé de qué estás hablando. Esa es una declaración muy general. No todos en los Estados Unidos odian a México. Tengo muchas hojas mexicanas allí.
I was excited to try this cart but I got violently ill , the raw seafood in Ensenada is unfortunately marred by water pollution. Perhaps , from the busy port .
Sorry to hear. I’ve had raw seafood dozens of times in Ensenada and have yet to get ill. The reality is that even the best restaurants in the U.S. will occasionally get, not notice, and serve a bad oyster, clam, etc. and someone will eat it to adverse effect :-/
@@AGringoinMexico Yeah but I have gotten ill maybe twice in the U.S. - I've gotten food poisoning everytime I've traveled in Mexico. So over ten times. Sanitation is not the same standards in Mexico. Its' not the "bad oyster, clam" etc - it's the water. Municipal water is too often contaminated. This is a fact of life living in Mexico. Even Mexicans I know are careful to only drink bottle water and keep garrafons full from the water store.
@@helpfulcommenter I hear you. We spent two weeks in Puerto Escondido last year, and while we didn't get violently ill or even sick, all three of us had gastronomic issues pretty much the entire time. I could only pinpoint the water as the issue, since it was persistent. I imagine that a town like PE, which is still relatively undeveloped, wouldn't have some of the same modern water treatment facilities like in larger Mexican cities. A lot of it also has to do with our systems' flora. If you're not used to the local food/water, what it's treated with, etc., one has a greater chance of not feeling 100%.
@@AGringoinMexico Yeah that's true.... but again keep in mind that most Mexicans buy their water filtered from the store (every barrio has at least one Agua Purificada place) and don't drink out of the taps.... not a coincidence. Puerto Escondido is great! I miss Oaxaca in general, haven't been there since 2016. I lived in a little village near Los Barriles (Baja Sur) and it was an amazing two months.... super laid back town for windsurfers and parasailers mostly, but also huge fishing culture and seafood, so fun. 100% bought all my water lol (incidentally the wastewater treatment in Los Cabos is dismal, for future reference - and that's the most developed area in Baja Sur)
Which one? LOL! If you mean the crab tostada, I think that's a little piece of the avocado stem. Otherwise, there's a lot to be said for photo retouching BEFORE you add an image to a video! Thanks for the catch and your comment!
That designation was Bourdain's. You should take it up with him...oh, wait! uThere's so much good seafood in Ensenada it's hard to pick a favorite. What do you like there?
@@AGringoinMexico If you want to eat the best taco in your life you need to go to Asadero D'Kamilo ! BBQ on charcoal big chunk of ribs for three hours ! His wife make fresh tortillas by order I tried 27 different taco places in Ensenada And 15 more in the rest of Baja
@@rtraptor1021 thanks for the recommendation...I'll try when I start rolling Baja way again. I have a running list of about 40 taquerias I've visited in TJ, but don't know many in Ensenada - other than Trailero, Flamazo and the fish taco joints.
Yo he estado en ensenada y probe los tacos de tiburon...q rrico
Armando, puede que te guste mi video sobre tacos de pescado estilo Ensenada. Echale un visitazo...

Hahahahah! That's a compliment! I was just on a KPBS podcast right before COVID hit. I fit right in ;-)
Nothing like a little hair on your tostada for a better taste.
