I was fortunate to have a Father who flew for Pan Am from 1949 to 1984. He loved the South Pacific. He always had a mask, snorkel, fins and speargun with him. I was fortunate to travel with him to Hawaii, Fiji, Tahiti, Bora Bora, the Philippines and more. In the 60s and 70s they had 4-5 day layovers because there were not that many flights. We would find the wilder parts and camp out using leaves for mattresses and catch and cook as you do. Some of the best times of my life. Your videos take me back vividly to those times. Thank you.
Wouldn't thatve been a fantastic way to be raised !! I was raised 2 blocks from beach in Santa Barbara & that was a Blessing but a floating camping & adventures as you had----!!!! WOWEEE! THANKS for sharing!!
No need to apologise for taking personal time and space. We love seeing the adventures you both have but appreciate the need for you to relax and not always have to perform for the camera. Love to both of you.
Guys sorry no donations barley have cash for life. You inspire and create hope for people. I live in Canada and live for crown land camping but your life style and the grace you both bring to my life is much appreciated. I'm old and can live your life with you,one I wish I lived. Back in the 90's I toured Aussie with my Rugby team. Strick and Fran keep inspiring. Fran you need to start a life style channel. You can reach a market that need you. Our children need your pointers to inspire our youth for fitness. It's not fitness gyms it is to get out and experience life. What a Beauty both of you. Fairdinkum life hack.
there used to be more fishes on those islands before the Chinese overfished on the Philippines water without the Philippine consent and they killed thousands of corals on other rich waters
You two are so inspiring. I'm a yank, spent much of my life boating and fishing. I'm 77 and a biker and miss the ocean very much. You have nerve and talent and I enjoy your adventures immensely...keep up the good work.
On another note, I've been watching Vagabond for the last 7-8 years, Delos for 8 yrs. your channel 2 years, Sailing Nandji 5-6 years and Drenched since they started the channel before Jordan and Nate broke up. Ric Moore is another good one too, been watching him off and on for 7 years. I feel like I'm in good company with all these fun to watch SV channels.
Love this. There’s something about you both that separates you from the rest. No idea what it it, but it helps me focus on a future. You’re a Legend, Jack. Fran, is the epitome of a Goddess. Both 100% in control of their destiny. The time you were with those kids…. Clucky, clucky Jack…. Beautiful kids, living an incredible childhood. Being someone who had the worst, it’s absolutely magical when I see some kid living the best. Your kids are going to be future legends! Keep being awesome, guys.
I just found you guys channel and it couldn't be more refreshing! Fran I want to be you if I come back to this world! You are the ultimate BOSS lady! Love you guys channel ❤❤
I love watching your videos along with LaVagabond's videos and see how you each tell your stories. Both are special and I hope you all do this again in the future.
I have been a big fan of Sailing La Vagabonde for many years....this most recent boat is really sth , indeed....Love to hear Riley talk...a real Aussie. Hello to Elena, Lenny, and Darwin from Uncle John, land lover in East Texas..:) God bless! Nice job of fishing by Strick and cooking by Fran...:)
Thanks for taking us on the adventure... Would be neat to have Fran explain the ecology of these reefs... Not so much for fish.. greatest treasure Fran's smiling face... You are a lucky man Jack.
Finally my long awaited and wish to see you dive in Philippine waters, enjoy Strick and Fran, I am also amazed knowing La Vagabonde in Phil. Islands, I like seas and under, Im watching both of your videos regularly, Cheers!
What a beautiful video! After small boat service in Vietnam I spent some time in the southern PI. Generally well received but not everyone was friendly and some as hostile as the place I left. I love the people and miss the the warm culture!! Thanks Fran for revealing your motherhood potential! Beautiful 😍🙏
Beautiful video, thanks guys. You make our lives so much better just tagging along. Darwin is turning out to be such a character. Love seeing you all together enjoying such beautiful surroundings.
Great episode guys! Always fun to see what adventures you’re up to and getting to catch up with Riley and Elayne and kids is a bonus too! Great job, beautiful footage!
Your adventurous spirit and incredible life on the ocean in remote Philippines are truly inspiring and full of joy! Treasure hunting and spearfishing make for an exciting and unique experience! And I am floating village life.
You two together are the best! Get rid of your other shows w/out Fran and just focus on shows w/ Fran!! It’s the BEST of the algorithms you’re experimenting with. ;)
Happy to see you enjoy our country Philippines... I think you went to Palawan...And also i'm happy to watch again sailing lavagavonde i also watch them when they are with kara and nate...Enjoy...☺☺☺
Wow, what a great episode! The two best UA-camrs meet for an epic video experience! And we just get to sit back and watch and enjoy! Many thanks to Strick and Fran, and to the La Vagabonde family, for sharing your mutual friendship with all of us!
I miss my daughter SOOO much at that age😢Such a brief moment in time. Little girls are so special to their daddys in the first 2 or 3 years🙇♂Enjoy them Mom and Dad!! I like the way their personalities are forming and can see you are doing a really great job👍👍
Stunning views, and very well captured. I have been traveling the US living out of my van for about 2 year doing nature and wildlife photography myself, but I would love to visit other countries at some point and see places like these in person. Thanks for sharing your adventures.
How strange is that - I’ve spent the last two days watching your videos - and the opening shot of this video there is a big yellow/orange sail boat and straight away I pause to see if it was SLVB , true as Bob 2 seconds later you mention hanging out with great mates, then I see Lenny jumping off the SLVB lol I’ve been watching them since the start right up in the beginning! Awesome to see now let me get on and enjoy this series
A very beautiful and inspiring episode. Well worth the wait! With 7,100 islands ... there's bound to be one that you will find what you're looking for. Don't forget to put in your list of things to do - swim with the whale sharks in one of the islands. Enjoy and take care always.
I agree with some of the other comments. The both of you don’t need to film every minute of your adventures. Spend some time with your friends and enjoy the moment. That being said I can tell Fran will be an Amazing Mommy when you both decide kids are part of the adventure. ❤
Thank you guys for visiting my home country the Philippines…I am one of those who’s always looking waiting every weekend your videos…I’m watching here in Melbourne…
I truly hope that you make more videos with those small children and their parents they seem to be great people and you guys seem to be great friends so I wish you the best
there's not a whole lot of fish in the area because the Chinese over fish anywhere around their country. And even ventures out into other countries waters to do their fishing, so that doesn't surprise me at all
Chinese and North Koreans are run out of Alaskan waters constantly. North Korean factory fishing ships have been seized and auctioned off for fines. When the Captain and crew are repatriated to North Korea they are executed. The ships belong to the state
The Chinese are not the only ones. This has been going on for centuries. Look what happen to the whale populations as just one example. This is so sad and will lead to wars.
you must be from the Chinese, because I have seen on UA-cam videos where they got 50 ships harvesting fish in the Philippine waters, you don't see any other countries doing that. I realize China has a lot more people than a lot of other countries, but they do need to abide by borders and international waters to boundary waters, I even seen the Chinese Coast Guard ramming the Philippines right next to the shore of their island. No the Chinese are not the only one doing but the Chinese are the one that's swallowing up the fish in that area, that's why they go so far and go into other countries water and either get sunk or chased off,
@@gregsecore9625 WOW, your statement, "you must be from the Chinese" sounds stereotypical or even racial. I will not respond with what is my ethnicity. I will say, I have seen them doing those things on You Tube too. My comment was about how humans throughout our history have not managed natural resources. In this case, when local waters are all fished out they will travel the world to find more fish or in my example it was Whales from the 1800 to even today (Japan). Filipinos have fished out their local waters just like the Chinese. Just look at this Fran & Strick video and you can see the difference between Philippians and Australian fish populations. The big difference is that China can afford to build a huge fleet of oceangoing fishing ships and a navy to enforce (bully) their will on others that don't have the resources to protect themselves. My last comment was...This is so sad and will lead to wars. Please be kind and spread love...Plus, all countries MUST do a better job protecting our planet and it's resources.
Long-time fan here 🤚 This was a beautiful episode and I love the way you love the people in your presence, young and otherwise. It's with the same honor and appreciation you have for the greater world around you. That is some seriously beautiful Spirited Humaneering
I suggest that you should visit the Tubattaha Reef Here in the Philippines it's in the Palawan for sure you'll see different kind of fishes and beautiful reefs and lot of species in there❤
