I can’t understand how people don’t understand what pressurized water can do.... what do you think carved the Grand Canyon?.... I LOVE my pressure washer.
@@Jetowash thanks for the reply mate great setup can you suggest a good 45 foot pole to convert to high pressure? Also im assuming the hoze in the pole is lighter weight maybe comfort hoze which i think is maximum rated to 200 barr is i have a 250 barr machine can i just reduce pressure to use the pole? Thanks for the info mate
@@simondoherty5189 we use slx poles as they are lightweight. Thermoplastic hose it's great for a wfp conversion as it's nice and light. With regards to the pressure you will have to have a play around and see which works best for you but yes always use lower pressure when using a high reach pole 👍🏻
We use many different biocides from many different suppliers unless the customer requested a certain type. With regards to converting your wfp many pressure washing suppliers now sell the kits to convert these.
JetOWash still this is the incorrect way to clean them for 1. 2. You probably spent 4x longer cleaning this then the correct method 3. Pressure damages. Dc if it’s concrete shingles or tile. That’s a no no This would take me probably 2 hours max to clean to the same quality you cleaned it and all I need is 1 low pressure hose and a ladder.
@@djspressurewashingservices3558 we gave the customer two options 1. Soft wash 2. Pressure wash, the customer chose to go down the pressure washing route after we fully explained both options. It's a lot different here in the UK, I would love to see you remove all the moss and get the same results with your bleach and ladder. As for being dirty in 12 months the roof post clean had a biocide treatment which will keep roof cleaner far longer than 12 months... educate yourself mate on how roofs are cleaned in the UK we don't just sling bleach on everything here 🤣
Not sure if you watched the whole video but I can assure you there were no marks left on this roof. Check the end of the video showing the roof after the job was complete...
Great video! I loved it. I especially liked seeing the use of the scaffolding instead of being on the roof or on a ladder. Thanks.
Glad you liked it!
Awesome job 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 I never thought of a roof cleaning till I seen this video
Thanks for watching!
This was so satisfying to watch: not just for the beautiful house but the excellent results os the clean.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video 😀
How long did that take u fella grate job
1 & 1/2 days to clean and treat 👍🏻
Another great job & what a beautiful little house.
Glad you like it!
Did the dirty water from the roof stain the rear patio?
Great job 👍🏼
Thank you 😊
Is that an attachment on the end off the lance ?
Its a wfp converted with a turbo nozzle on the end.
@@Jetowash Which adapter do you use from the pole to the nozzle? Where do you buy it?
@@SanderMaehlum it's a swivel elbow.
@@Jetowash Thanks for answer! :D
Wont the pressure of the water go under those tiles??? Lovely job.
Thank you. No water will get under the tiles as the angle of the nozzle is pointing downwards.
How would you do a 2 story house roof where you have a single story extension in the way just below?
We are all trained in roof top saftey and working at height so we would access the roof using a roofing ladder and the relevant fall arrest equipment.
Excellent job
👍🏻

So do i lol
High whats the maximum comfortable working height you can use a turbo nozzle on the end of a converted water fed pole? Is that a 45 pole?
Simon Doherty yes it’s a 45, it’s all about getting the correct angle so the pole counterbalances itself.

@@simondoherty5189 No problem at all, happy to help 👍🏻
What type of ladder are you using for the ridge hook? It looks like a 20’ ladder, but what kind?
Thank You!
👍🏻👍🏻
It's called a PROCAT roof ladder from a company called midland ladders 👍🏻
JetOWash thank you! Is it lightweight?
👍🏻👍🏻
@@akaredcrossbow yes they are very lightweight.
JetOWash not in the United States 🤔
@@akaredcrossbow That's a shame as they are great roofing ladders
What biocide do you use? Also, I have a wfp from Crown. What attachments would I need to run a pressure washer?

Good work !
DM PressureCleaning Cheers 👍🏻
Do you use a cleaning agent Hypo or whatever
On this roof we just used water to clean.
@@Jetowash ,Just cold water ? amazing results if so
Beautiful
Thank you! Cheers!
Fabulous job thank you 👍👏✅🙌👌🌸
Thank you! Cheers!
Top job.
Thank you :)
love this vid,can you do two storey houses with your scaffold tower how tall is it?
Thanks, our tower can go up to 9.2m so easily goes to a two-storey house roof.
Are you in the UK?
Yes we are 👍🏻
Biocide? Is that like roundup?
No biocide is for moss and algae, round up is for weeds 👍🏻
Where are you based- I’m after a similar job
Hi Stephen, we are based in the Midlands. Where are you located? Thanks Daniel
You can buy these at Flowjet.co.uk www.flowjet.co.uk/turbo-devil-ww160-wall-cleaner.html
Not meant to pressure wash roofs.
Says who?
NEVER EVER USE PRESSURE TO CLEAN SHINGLES!! You guys should know that is a HUGE no no.

I didn't think you was supposed to pressure wash a roof
No your not!! I would never hire these clowns. How dumb. Using a turbo nozzle they probly left marks all over this roof.
Done correctly there is no issue with pressure washing the roof.

Why aren’t they using gloves?.. the guy is pushing the nasty water out of the gutter with his bare hands. That’s terrible.
Why is it terrible? Never cleaned the gutter yourself? It is perfectly safe to clean it with your bare hands, you won't get sick or die.
