I have these. The are total junk. The batteries are almost always dead because they won't maintain a connection to the charge pins in the case when transporting. I've tried every position of the rubber hooks but it's still a major issue. I regret buying them.
Notes from a petite woman with small ears:
1) You will not get good sound with these, and you will still hear everything around you as if you are not wearing them. There is no "bud" so when the headphone shape doesn't fit it will not flush.
2) They are much too big, and hurt to use. From the weight pressing into my ear to the rectangular "bud" that doesn't fit in the ear canal, to the jostling every time I have to use a button.
3) The charging case is nice. Excellent feel, stays closed, good design. Too bad it takes multiple tries to get the buds to stay in place with a connection to charge.
Just get the Indy Evos. They take far more practice to use efficiently, but the bud design alone and lighter weight will allow you to listen for more than 30 minutes without your round inner ear getting a square ear bud shoved in.
Loved the energy of the vid! I have these and will say the sound quality is poor in comparison to similar priced head phones. Also, my left headphone is now making a crackling popping noise (which is why I'm browsing through UA-cam videos). I'd suggest staying away from these.
Why doesn’t my left bud work? I got no lights on the left bud, also the light doesn’t turn on when I open the case
Battery might be toast. How old are they? Are the connections clean?
