I am so grateful to the independent news media giving these victims a platform to say what they couldn't at sentencing.
The objections from the defense to silence certain parts of impact statements were disgusting, as was the judge allowing Lori to make allegations against Joe Ryan that were ultimately dismissed.

Thanks for bringing up Joe Ryan. More likely than not, that was part of how Lori got going. Accuse her then husband and father of Tylee of child molestation, to get rid of him and get sole possession of Tylee. Lori had plans and an agenda. This time, hind-sight is sickening.

Somehow, I wish the death penalties should carry"gag" orders while in prison, so they cannot continue to spew this dangerous "message" to others. These two could very easily continue to grow their cult.
Lori's "testimony" that she was allowed to give, scared me. There are SO many people out there who are easily influenced.

Larry and Kay fought for their little JJ every day. Kay beautifully explained what a wonderful, spunky, brilliant, funny kid JJ was. Both Larry and Kay represented their grandson better than imagined. They were strong, pushed the police, spoke out to the press, pushed us to never forget JJ. They shared his light with us. My heart is broken because this was a close family. Tylee and Colby and JJ loved each other as much as other siblings did. I hope Larry and Kay can continue honoring JJ and in that, hopefully find some sort of calm after all of this heartbreak. We are with you ❤

@@barbaradonlin3675 I was confused too, but I think I understand now. They are the biological grandparents to JJ through their son Toby. Kay and Larry met JJ in the NICU and were his primary caregivers for the first 2 years of his life. Charles Vallow was Kay’s bio brother who adopted JJ with Lori. Kay and Larry wanted to give JJ as full of a life as possible, as they were 60+ years young. After Charles died, they begged Lori to take in JJ. She wouldn’t even let him attend Charles’ funeral 😔. If I’ve mistaken anything, please correct me. I would hate to spread false information

@ellemarr7234 But what happened to their son Toby.. o.k I get it that they wanted JJ to have younger parents .. thank you for that Info
There's so many players in this tragedy. It's very confusing.. I listened to a couple of pod asts & interviews. So one was Daybells children. He has 5 and most of them.said their father could Not of done what he's been accused of.
Then I watched a cousin of Lori speak .. Megan .so her father & Lori's mother Janis were brother & sister abd I believe there's another brother Rex .. so.all of their kids adx up to 21 cousins
So Megan spoke about how Lori grew up and what she saw & heard.. their family was always very dysfunctional, N it seemed they put a lot of emphasis on looks....
But again so many players bc she had 4 husband's .. and now about 4 ppl have stated they're writing books. And I believe 1 or 2 jurors already stated they're writing books 📚 ...
UN BELIEVEABLE ... and one thing her cousin Said if the authorities in estimated properly the death of Charles and some others JJ and Tyler may still be alive. How Sad

      @deshonkel Рік тому

@barbaradonlin3675 JJ was the birth son of Kay's son Toby...so Kay is his paternal grandmother ( I'm not sure if Larry is Kay's sons biological father) Toby and JJs birth mother were on drugs and unable to care for JJ. Kay and Larry had custody of him at first but then Charles Vallow (Kay's brother) and Lori legally adopted JJ when he was a baby because they were younger and had other children in the home. So Kay is JJs biological paternal (fathers side) granmother

I wish Joe would get justice... but unfortunately, the state of Texas has already deemed his death to be of natural causes (heart attack), and unlike Idaho, won't exhume his remains to examine further. In fact, I believe he was cremated, just as they did to Charles' body so that the evidence wouldn't be proven that he died of unnatural causes that led up to that heart attack (i.e., likely, a taser, like Alex tried to do in the initial attack but was unable to complete it). This is why I don't believe Lori's statement... she went back to 2002, when Tylee was born, in order to excuse Joe's death, in case Texas decides to go after her, to provide context. She's been demonically possessed for decades, not just the last six years. She just kept lying and lying and having to create stories to cover her lies, and eventually, they just consumed her and became her reality.

Is it worth dying, for her delusions? But he's delusional, too, as evidenced by the books he's written, and the people who he has deceived in his 'Prepping the People' conferences that he sold his books at. Supposedly he wrote those books as fantasy, but then, started to believe his own fantasies, just as she has.

And his insinuation that the prosecution and THE COURT and the defense conspired to get the death penalty removed, as if they had a plan and were working together “as a team” (his words) was appalling.

As a grieving mother who lost my Youngest & only Daughter at age 19
Due to severe medical malpractice here in Texas ,
    I know your pain ,
We made sure the so called Dr who never came in during Thanksgiving week to even transfer my daughter lost his license.
It wasnt enough in my eyes , but We at least made sure he couldn't hurt another child or person .
We deal with the grief daily ,
There is never closure as some people who havent been through this think.

I'm so truly sorry for your loss. There are no words and no excuses for not attending to a patient, merely because it's not convenient (& I say that as a doctor who has worked more holidays than I've spent with my family). Even one avoidance is one too many.
I thank you wholeheartedly for pursuing that charlatan (who was an insult to the profession) and ensuring that he can no longer practice. Whilst it will be little consolation considering your loss, I can assure you that it will have served as a powerful deterrent to other would-be awful doctors (because it reminds them that their actions have huge consequences - for them and their patients) and I have no doubt that you have stopped numerous families from having to lose a loved one unnecessarily. That is a truly poignant way to honour your daughter and you are an absolute hero for showing that level of strength and tenacity for others in what must have been your darkest days. Thank you for your selflessness.
I wish you love, peace, and healing 💕 I also have no doubt that your daughter is now your guardian angel, watching over and protecting you.
With love from the UK 💖🇬🇧 x

    Regarding the seating arrangement: ☝🏼this!!!
-what Kay said. The entire time she cowered & slithered behind & between both attorneys. But like Kay said, “Don’t sweat the small stuff…”
She heard it & just like inmate ❌ always wants it - all the attention, all eyes on HER, allll about HER! Except THIS time it was AT her, & we all know how much she loves to run away when things aren’t favorable for her. She still could not hide as much as she tried.
Hopefully she will recall all of the words in all the statements for years to come.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if the impact statements could be plastered all over her cell. I don't know how much of those statements sunk in. But i do hope that at sometime in the future, she will have her vision opened up to reality. I do believe that she is mentally ill....but, mentally ill folks make choices every day that don't include killing. Mentally ill folks still believe in right and wrong and make great choices. Lori knew right from wrong but allowed power, lust and money take over. I don't know what Chad will use for an excuse. Kay and Larry, we all love and respect you. Thank you for sharing this. Very moving. However, I have issues with the "mental illness". She was smart enough to lie about kids whereabouts, ask a 'friend' to lie. Change bank accounts for Tylee & JJs monies to be redirected. Order wedding rings and plan a wedding. Manipulated her way through interviews in Arizona, pack and move quickly to get to her Dinglebell in Idaho. Sooo many lies and manipulations. She is not 'mentally ill'. She is coniving, manipulating, a pathological liar, a murderess, a she devil. Tylee and JJ could have been spared had Arizona listened to Charles in the beginning. I will believe till my dying day, THAT negligence/failure lays soley on the the shoulders of Jason Mow. The murders of the children? Lori Shallow.... I pray once she realizes her 'husband' Chad Dinglebell WILL throw her under the bus, SHE SUFFERS EVERY DAY OF HER MISERABLE LIFE!
