MatPat on Film Theory already calculated the force needed for Homelander to break the skin and get his fist bloody without exploding the victim. 6,400 psi is what's needed for the scene as depicted.

I ctually do have an allergy to nuts. almost died when I was an infant and actually colapsed and fainted. I somehow miraculously survived without an epipen though.
I fell on my forearm and it was a clean break and didn't break my skin. My skin was holding the bone. It was a Vertical break.

Me? While I can't say what both of his Fatalities will be, I do hope one of them will pay homage to the infamous scene where he let the plane crash. Think of it as how one of Omni-Man's Fatalities references the train scene. The difference though, is that Homelander would grab the opponent, fly into the air near a flying plane, tosses the opponent into the plane, proceeds to use his heat vision to damage the flight system, while at the same time hitting the opponent, and ending with him watching the plane crash and explode.

I am guessing you are an American and dont come in contact a lot with bricks. Brick walls are very strong, you just dont go through a brick wall. When you are thrown against a brick wall, 99 of 100, it is the human body that is going to give, not the wall. either way, that is extreme blunt force trauma.
