I’m a pilot, and I can definitely say that if someone even ignites a match let alone a sparkler, everyone on the plane, even the kids, would be thoroughly investigated. The plane definitely wouldn’t be taking off any time soon. However, security wouldn’t miss it to begin with.

Logically, Mikey would likely be tried as an adult for threatening terrorism on a plane. That one act would pretty much irreparably destroy his entire future, not just land him in juvenile detention for a bit.

Fr. 60 days? Mikey literally has a reputation of serious, crimes like terrorism, grand, theft, trespassing, fraud, etc. He’s 13 and definitely old enough to know what he’s doing. He needs way more than just 60 days in juvie. Once this man gets out, you know he’s going to just do a bunch more crazy stuff.

If Dhar Mann videos were even kinda accurate. That kid would be in jail for years and then forever monitored by the FBI. Doing literally anything in an airport or on an airplane and they will send you right to jail practically. You can’t even do like 99% of normal things.

The fact that this kid committed domestic terrorism and only got sixty days in juvie really goes to show how detached from reality that Dhar Mann is. Plus, how is he not still behind bars for the felonies of making a false fire alarm and grand larceny that he already committed? Not to mention that the shit-for-brains still hasn’t realized that a missed test always has to be retaken.
Don't forget he lighted "fireworks" too, wich could have been a fire outbreak if not a full explosion, apart from the note.
You know what makes this worse? Realistic charges and punishment would have made this story better. Missed fucking potential.

Fr like he’s a good kid trying to convince his brother not do bad things, but sometimes snitching is good and in this situation he should have, and it was his duty to snitch on his brother. He was being complicit in the crimes as well, because he couldn’t stand up and actually say something to an authority figure. He knows that Mikey’s not going to listen.

Contacting the police when you know your child did something is one thing - actively manipulating and probably traumatizing your child by faking yourself being arrested is another. The police could easily just bring him in for questioning - there is absolutely no reason to put him through that.

I used to work as a Flight Attendant, this video isn't accurate if this would happen we usually call flight security and we would end up calling local PD, then we would let everybody off, after we would get the PD investigation team to scan finger prints, leading to the person being found then getting the proper punishment for the person that made the threat.

Yes, I am a pilot and I should just say that sparklers and fireworks are considered flammable objects, and therefore should not be allowed on a plane. If Mikey is even able to find a way to get those sparklers past TSA, how will he have sparklers out in the open as he very openly takes the sparklers to the lavatory in front of the flight attendants, who take potential threats very seriously. Mikey would be thrown off the plane immediately and into jail. Mikey would be in some deep shit, even in this Dhar Mann universe where apparently one could bring fireworks on a plane.
I genuinely feel bad for Mikey. Tests suck, but no kid wants to get out of a test THIS badly. The kid is most likely struggling in school and instead of giving help, he’s being punished for every bad grade. And I don’t mean a normal punishment. It doesn’t excuse his actions, but it does explain them

I'm more sad that he will probably never find employment in the future - he definitely won't go to college, he's barely done anything in school and now he has criminal charges. I know money isn't everything in life, but it is quite sad that he'll have a big problem with actually rejoining society.

August you usually make a lot of sense. I'm pretty surprised you didn't mention how it would be extremely unrealistic for someone's mother to snitch on her son to the police so that the son gets convicted of a crime and goes to juvenile detention for 60 days, which in turn would ruin the son's chances of ever getting a good future or education especially with juvie on his record. And this was all to teach Mikey a lesson that he will never learn, which was even more dumb. Not to mention, the mother traumatized Mikey for life by pretending that she got arrested AND assisting the police in sending her son to jail. Me personally, after all this, Mikey's mother is going straight to the retirement home😂
Mikey probably wouldn't be the one to make that decision. Especially considering Jayden will probably grow up to be more financially successful than Mikey.
