@@Thechristianremnantnomad good for you…I love the mountains, also…spend a week on St George Island every summer as well as a week at Myrtle Beach. Of the two my favorite SAND is the Gulf… but love them both. Not to leave out the mountains, we spend a week in Gatlinburg late August and a week in Highlands October or November.

My husband and I have been to Many Many Beaches. Been to Hawaii, Mexico, Amelia Island , The Bahamas, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, PCB, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, California Beaches and Many other beaches and for us Destin Beach is the Most Beautiful Beach there is. We LOVE McGuires. Donut Hole and AJ’s !! Love Your Video. Thanks For Sharing !!
As 2 native Gulf Coast Floridians, born and raised... my hubby and I welcome you to paradise!!! Isn't it just beautiful?!! 😍 But!... c'mon down a bit further south along the coast and you'll find the sunsets you're chasing 😘 They're even more beautiful than you can even imagine 😊

Traffic is beyond horrendous, our infrastructure can't support the half a million people moving here every single year, evacuating a hurricane is nearly impossible, and the mosquitoes are flippin ridiculous!! Literally the WORST. So new residents BEWARE 😅🤣
All said, it's still paradise and the sunsets are quite literally gold ✨🌺😊 Just takes my breath away... even after all these years. It's heaven 💖

For years and the the whole time I was growing up we always went to Jekyll Island in Daytona Beach area for vacation one year we decided to go to the Gulf and nothing can compare now we always go to Destin, Panama and Pensacola it’s my happy place!

Girl if you think Destin is beautiful you need to go down to Navarre beach, Fl. and see their crystal clear blue water. Im from Mobile, Alabama and just moved to Rock Hill, SC 2 weeks ago we would go there several times a year. Glad too see you guys enjoying RVing!

If you’re still in the area, stop by Destin Ice House and get a few pounds of fresh gulf shrimp along with a pack of River Road Barbecue Shrimp Seasoning…. You won’t be disappointed with this easy~peasy, restaurant quality dish!! It packs a lot of heat so, I always half the seasoning.
P.S. hope y’all saw the bear in the surf on Sunday!!!!

I believe I told you all back some years ago about Destin and Pensacola. I was stationed in Pensacola and lived there for 7 years. I've been all over the world and the US in my 22 years in the military, but the Gulf is AWESOME!!! Enjoy!! (P.S. watch out for jelly fish)

I'm with him. Let him stay out there if you want to go lol. One of the joys in this world imo is to sit out in awesome weather in nature. Isn't exactly the most nature filled spot since full of tourists but what a wide sky view of the weather and I doubt it was cold. I love Mother Nature shows. Sit on the porch or open up the big garage door and sit right there watching the show and maybe getting wet and feeling the wind.

I won’t mind audio of the frogs but I’m scared of frogs so video I can’t handle! My grandson didn’t understand my fear until one day he tried to put one one me! I ended up inside crying. He felt so bad but I did try to tell him about my fear in the beginning. I still felt bad for him. It’s just a fear I’ve had since childhood. I can’t even look at them without my heart racing!
I’m like y’all! The vegetation makes the area just gorgeous! The feeling I get from y’all showing us the area is something indescribable!
Fonville Press is my absolute favorite place on 30A. Having one of their Froseccos after a day at the beach is perfection. Thank you for giving me my fix until the next trip. 😊

Great suggestion! Food prices were pretty similar to what you’d pay most anywhere it seemed, but they were probably a few dollars higher because it is a tourist destination.

Slideout head danger? Get pool noodle(s) slit and install on edge while slide is out. Remove before sliding in.

I am loving your vacation videos! I would love to have an RV, but my husband is 80 and I’m 74, so our window of opportunity has closed. 😢 back in our camping days, we camped in a tent. You guys are so blessed! Keep on traveling and enjoying life and thank you for bringing us along!

That cliff is beach erosion. We live in Washington state and our beach is dealing with beach erosion, it’s pretty bad and sad. We have a condo at ocean shores and the water keeps getting closer to it.

🐚🐠My favorite beach is on Anna Maria Island off the coast of Bradenton, FL. Beautiful sugary white soft sand. My family used to own a beach house there in a quite little neighborhood just a block from the Gulf.
We loved 30A tho not RV friendly Destin sand is beautiful

I was the same way you were the first and only time I've been to Seaside! I loved it! Loved the airstreams as food trucks! I have a floor plan of one of the small beach cottages there that I want to build one day. Have you seen the Truman show? I'm sure you know it was filmed in Seaside. Looks like full time RV life is agreeing with you guys! You both look the happiest that I've ever seen you! You're literally glowing Jessica! Love this traveling series! So happy for your sweet little family that I could cry!

Not sure if someone has suggested it but pool noodles are excellent for the edges of pullouts. We also used them on the arms of our awning.
41 years in okaloosa county. Best beaches and water play area to me!
Top Sail is also a great place to camp also in Destin .You must also go to Panama City and do the sunset Cruze on the Sea Screamer it’s amazing .

Glad you enjoyed our little piece of paradise. We have been going there for years and have stayed in the beachfront campsites at Camping on the Gulf. At that time, those sites had electric hookup but not sewer. The campground staff would come around and do a pump out.
We did notice afterwards there was water and electric on the beachfront sites, but no sewer. We’ll definitely be going back to this paradise someday!

I've been here 3 times. Destin is so beautiful. I never knew they had a rv spot. I just got a 2024 east to west silver25bhle im going to put it to use for the first time April 2024
I lived there for over 60years until we moved to Lake Oconee,Ga . We go back several times a year because our family and little grads live in the area! We took our pontoon boat out every weekend in the summer and early fall . We put in at Navarre Beach and rode down to Sand Destin to Crab island! You have to go there! All the restaurants you named are some of our favorites! You would love Peg Leg Pete’s on Pensacola Beach! You’re visiting my home and stopping grounds!❤❤❤❤
