Inner beauty needs to be inculcated in our young ones. It is the lack of a knowing soul which causes them to seek validation in the wrong spaces. How I wish I could turn back the hands of time to the days of my slim young body which at the time I thought was not good! I would embrace myself and held myself in the highest esteem - I would have leaned on the word and get my inner soul to know that.. and walked my youth with more confidence.
