My take homes… - It doesn’t matter how you walk or how it looks to others as long as you can walk and keep going - When going uphill, apply more stamina, look down and keep walking - The uphill stretch is harder, your pace slows down but that is when you are achieving the most results - The views around are vast in appearance and in placement. Some are in valleys and some up the hills and others are at the same level. - Its not the amount of debris that you produce or is left off that determines anything but the quality of your structure - There is need to understand the species of the nature around - There will be sharing of the road/ the path - There will be sharing of the the neighbourhood with other things - What sustains friendships/ relationships: Jesus at the centre/ as the foundation - Relationship dynamics and twists and turns test their authenticity - The sites you get to see when it has rained… - KEEP GOING at your own pace, running your own race the way God wants

Motivated this morning as I watched the video with my wife. - We started identifying how easy it is to miss what God is doing around us and in us because we are concentrating on how steep the terrain is. - We got motivated to implement God's word when it gets tough and not focus on steepness - We realized in the same way the exercise is good for your health in life it means indeed everything will work together for good for despite the huffs and puffs along the way - we appreciated God for the journey in view of all circumstances Thank for this mbuya good morning

I bet when you were younger, you girls could run up without the heavy breathing, but, you continue to go up without listening to people's discouraging words. You push and know your season that you are in. Don't look back, focus and continue.
