Hi 👋 I just finished crocheting this beanie using baby Bee yarn sweet Delight in print it a light weight #3 and it came out So Beautiful thank you 😊 for this Beautiful tutorial 😊😊😊
Love this tutorial. Would it be possible for a tutorial for larger hats? I have 3 granddaughters and would love to make all three sisters matching hats. Thank you so much for teaching us this beautiful pattern.
Thank you for sharing, sooo cute, just finished one earlier today in next to no time and got enough yarn to do a second one, will be donating to local hospital for prem babies 👶
This is super cute! Im trying to make a coupke as a few friends of mine, my SIL and myself are all expecting and are relatively close to eachother in due dates. Im using a light yarn that's not worsted with a G hook. Do I increase the number of stitches to make it about the same size?
Thank you for sharing this wonderful tutorial. Your explanations are very easy to understand and follow. I plan on making several of these and donating them to Warm Up America. I am a new subscriber as of now. Have a great day.
Hi nice pattern….Question: before you do the Brim row, what is the measurement from the crown to Row 6 for this newborn pattern……I love your stitch pattern for the Brim…instead of alternating FP and BP……..
Just finished making this and it’s so cute! I want to make it in a bigger size as well, does anyone know how to increase the size in the correct way? I assume you can add stitches in each row and that would make it bigger, I’ll give it a go and see 😊
Round 3 she went 1dc and 2dc in one stitch then round 4 she went 2dc then 2dc in one stitch. So I’m assuming we can keep that pattern going to increase size.
@sams9442 No, 1dc/2dc in one stitch repeat ; 2dc/2dc in one stitch repeat; 3dc/2dc in one stitch repeat; 4dc/2dc in one stitch repeat, do you see the pattern? Once long enough you continue . I hope that helps:)
@@Breanna18.3 took me a few times in reading to understand haha (I’m a new learner!) but I understand now!! Thank you, that makes sense. I’m going to right this down in my notes :)
My nephew and his wife just announced they have a baby coming in August - so lots of time to make all the fun things! It's a girl, but I have been told NO PINK. I will make this hat for sure and maybe even try the matching booties! Any chance of a sweater pattern coming soon? 🙂
I am a bit confused. Round 1 was 9 rounds, and we double stitched up but that doesn’t count, so do we start from the same stitch again and count from there or we start at the second stitch? Cuz if I am thinking correctly, I put the slip stitch in the first and then chain stitch twice AND THEN the second stitch (out of the 9 that we have done) is where I start to count, but that would mean I would only get 16, not 18. Can someone help?
Your chain 2 doesn't count so your first 2 double crochets will go on that same stitch. When you finish, you slip stitch on to the top of the first double crochet you did
Hat is approx. 11.5” around and 4.75” tall. Did you match my gauge? I can't remember if it's mentioned in the video, but it's on the pattern page linked in the description
