One big marketing campaign for reputation and any sort of -1 Reputation problem was removed from all my treatments. My hospital overall rep went back to 99 or 100 for 2 years and still staying at 100
I don't bother getting marketing 2+ since they're only +20% and they get +20% marketing on level up anyway. At max rank 5 marketing gives 260% marketing but Marketing + Stamina + 3 Customer service still gives 180%; you're only losing 30% of the marketing power for having stamina and 3 customer service (something they don't get on levelling) outside marketing. I think if you wanted to be really cheap you could keeping 5 marketing assistants at level 1 because they have 100% marketing speed by you pay them pennies.
