Best bet is join the foam daddy users group on Facebook and ask. 2,500 plus users and they all have advice. Each state and area is different do always ask a licensed insurance agent too. I'm not an insurance agent so I'm not sure tbh

Now what about sending the contract/waiver thru text, or fb messenger? U get a text back saying "ok". Would that work?
And also, I've seen some water slide manufacturers put water slides so that ppl land inside the pool. Telling buyers that we can remove the water slide poo, and put the waterslide so that customers fall into an inground pool. Is that not a good idea? I don't see the liability there.
