  • In today's episode of Creating Change, Jillian explains the Window of Tolerance, which is a term coined by Dr. Daniel Siegel. There are 3 ways that help to widen our window of tolerance so we can feel more at ease when stressors come up. Those three ways are through mediation, mindfulness and grounding activities. These all can be extremely helpful in eating disorder recovery and can be used to support your child/teen and widen their window of tolerance.
