These camping spots are just for fun and just to change the routine, there are better spots than those but as long as it is fun and it works it's good.
I did camp at Buried's PaP fairly often, and I also built the Trample Steam to get into the Courthouse through the hole in the second floor. That left the front door and mine shaft closed so zombies had to either walk upstairs or down the narrow hallway which you could block off with the decapitating buildable. I'd also put the PDW chalk in there, and when things got dicey you can just jump down onto the street.
I came up with a new amazing Tranzit strategy a year ago. Using only the spawn room. And yes, you will need 4 players to run this perfectly. Leave the spawn room using turbines. NEVER buy that first door. After leaving, go to the bank and take out all your points. Go around the map to acquire your Perks, Pack a Punch your guns (We all specifically kept a M14 so we could consistently buy ammo), grab your galva knuckles, claymores, collect your shields. Just make sure that someone keeps a turbine so you can leave and go back into the spawn room again. Once you've prepared, any remaining zombies on the map will make their way inside the spawn room through the roof (I guess Treyarch made a back up in case they couldn't use the doors). But don't worry, after that round ends, the Zombies will only ever go for the windows. The set up is VERY long, but hella worth it. My only complaint is that I wish we were more familiar with the traps because one of us ended up going down because of the electric trap. BE CAREFUL, those traps will down you in one hit.
One of my favorite camping spots was in der riese in the little tunnel next to quick revive where the grenades are at. Me and my friends camped there all the time lol, another fun one is in kino is the alley way or inside the speed cola room with the door to mule kick closed. Verruckt has many too, one I remember is where we keep the MP40 door closed and we camp by the stg44 area and someone covers the barrier at the end
I always loved to camp in Five's Pack A Punch room with 3 other players. Two would cover the door leading to the War Floor and the the each of the other 2 cover the two windows inside the PAP room. Claymores were used a lot as well.

Just looking at old games gameplay makes me wish I was old enough to be in the peak of zombies but I unfortunately joined when IW came out and got into zombies when Cold Snore came out, I used to get older cod games on my birthday and me and my friend who can’t see each other anymore used to play Cod Zombies and the WAW campaign all the time, me and my friend always stayed in the bus just to mess with TEDD, and we tried to survive the highest rounds on Natch on hours and hours, sometimes I go back to Der Riese(or the Giant) to camp on the cat walk to make me wish I could experience awesome memories again with my friends, most of my friends now are just into drama
In Ascension, both BO1 and BO3, I loved camping in the MPL room with the Spawn Door shut with my buddies and I. One guy holds the barrier and the other three watch the stairs.

I didn't really start playing until bo2, im so nostalgic for camping the box locations on town and the bus station
I remember playing verruckt and camping double tap with 3 randoms was fun asf to reach 30 doing that with just rayguns
