You really should have explained the appraisal repair contingencies seeing how “fixer uppers” are popular right now in a limited housing supply market! It can drastically increase the buyers cash out of pocket amount on top of already setting themselves up to pay more for the house than it’s worth.

We close in 5 days and still haven't had our home appraised. every time we reach out to the buyer's agent they don't respond.
