Thanks for these videos, I’m a new Realtor in Miami, Fl. And my first closing this week will close with a POA. I’m glad you are explaining lots of terms and processes cause sometimes it can be confusing. Thanks

I’m standing in as power of attorney for a real estate closing and I was hoping to see how literally I would need to sign my name on the paper. Maybe some instruction for the person standing in would also be useful in this video.

Can you explain why POA can’t be used when someone has equitable interest in a property but sign POA to have you handle everything. Why is it considered self dealing?

I'm STILL ALIVE so NO ONE can make DECISIONS ON MY BEHALF only ME.
What happens without power of attorney?
The consequences of not having a lasting power of attorney
A deputy's application could be refused, so the council may be appointed instead. Your family will have to pay extra to apply for and maintain a deputyship. You may not be able to sell jointly held assets until the court appoints a deputy.

THE ONLY Power of Attorney I have EVER SIGNED.....
How long is a military POA good for?
Termination: A power of attorney is limited to a specific period of time or around a certain event, such as during the length of a deployment. The POA automatically expires when that time PERIOD or EVENT HAS CONCLUDED (ON MILITARYDEPLOYMENT).

Don't use the WHITE COLAR TECHNICALITIES by SCREAMING my MENTAL HEALTH because it's TO CASH OUT and NOT CONTINUING this exhausting DAILY & NIGHTLY escapade.
Definitely NOT Cultural competence loosely defined as the ability to understand, appreciate and interact with people from cultures or belief systems different from one's own - has been a key aspect of psychological thinking and practice for some 50 years.
