i remember when I first discovered the beatles. i was 11 at my grandpas house and revolution came on. i asked him what band it was and he gave me this devious smirk and said it was the greatest band on earth.
Wow! Very nice. Your tone on “She Said She Said” sounds, dare I say it…damn near identical to the album version (in my humble opinion)! Peace, love, and happiness to you and yours, man! 🎸🤘🏻
@@bloxsy_ nervous breakdown, my war, rise above, black coffee, the obvious ones. But some less obvious ones like I won’t stick you.., slip it in, forever time, six pack and tv party for the bass, and DEFINITELY nothing left inside. Up to you tho
Many of these feel incomplete with the surrounding musicianship. Paperback Writer (the bass), Revolution & Birthday (drums)... they were such a tight band.
@@bloxsy_ rites of spring I would just do all of their songs off their 85 album it’s the same amount of songs as this video. Minor threat I would def include a lot of tracks off of their first record and some notable ones off their later records As for post hardcore rep from refused and at the drive in would be rad and I’m not sure if you would wanna include the emo post hardcore in the same or seperate video.
@@bloxsy_ lol dude. i got ya. it is a stretch the way he plays it. maybe on the rickenbacher its not as far a stretch with shorter scale length possibly?
What a nice way to start a weekend :). Luckily, you started with more frequent uploads. Keep it coming! I was curious (as I'm working on a sort of big project that includes a lot of guitar and bass work) if there is some way of contacting you about the project (possibly email)?

That’s a good point. I have done Beatles before but wanted to redo it with a better sound. I need to do more 70s rock stuff for sure. Aerosmith have so many great riffs.
When you hear the songs stripped down to just the guitar riffs, it really shows how truly amazing songwriters and musicians The Beatles were

That guitar tone is beautiful ❤️
Revolver. Best Beatles album
I agree!
Yessir
Neck and neck with Rubber Soul for me
Revolver and White Album 10/10 albums
A hard day's night is
Love that tele overdrive
Great playing as always. And the tele really works for these. Especially Day Tripper and Twist and Shout.
Yeah it seemed ideal. Had the right amount of grit.
And Your Bird Can Sing is my personal favourite
Very good and wow didn’t the Beatles have a load of good riffs?! R.E.M next??!!
Yes!!!! REM next would be awesome
@@crimval2706 cast another vote for REM!
Another vote
I agree! One vid for R.E.M.
your playing is so clean. this really inspires me to get better at guitar, so thank you so much for making this man :)
Thank you!
Great playing and great tone! Revolution sounded fantastic
Greatest band of all time. Excellent tone as always Blox!
She said with the capo! Never seen it played that way before and it looks so much easier. Cheers man!

Thank you so much! And to you sir!
Amazing video man. Keep doing
Spectacular!
Nice playing! She Said She Said is just one of my favorite songs of all time…
The Beatles: Rock Band really opened my eyes to how awesome their riffs are. The majority of these are in that game.
Love that game still
Sublime...best band ever...from she loves you to strawberry fields to countless others...
YOOOO ANOTHER ONE
Here before it gets taken down ❤️
Really excellent, it's great to watch and hear you play these.. thanks!
Thank you.
Never clicked so fast in my life!
the beatles are my favorite band!! i need the tabs 😩
Amazing! It would be nuts to do a The Who guitar riffs compilation ❤
3:51 - My Favorite Beatles Song
Chin/lower lip reveal!🤩
Brilliant
Thank you
Do a Black Flag one, Greg made some of the best punk riffs ever and the tone would be sick
Good idea. I keep meaning to do that. Which songs would you include?

My ghetto?
@@dregenmusicformoney i forgot about that one, Slip it In just has that many unique riffs. Another one could be the bass intro to The Bars
Wasted
Qotsa riffs pls 🙏🙏🙏
I had a failed attempt trying to get the tone. Something wasn't right. Will try again soon.

Hi! Is it Fender Player telecaster? Sounds great!
Mexican standard from 2009 but basically it’s the player series but older
@@bloxsy_ do please some jazz stuff (intros or greatest riffs) request from Moscow!)
how do you get this tone?
I used a Boss Katana. I was going to share the patches but don't know how. For the white album stuff I used an EQ 'pedal' to boost some of the mids.
Un riff mejor q otro!🎉
Great selection of riffs and great playing! thanks for doing this mate :)
Thank you!
Tomorrow Never Knows is my favorite song
Great tones mate what you using !?the dr Robert pedal!?
I’m using a boss katana amp on the clean setting with gain
Nine Inch Nails next pls!!!!
Which songs? I know only one or two.
Whats is the acoustic model? Great sound.
It’s a Ferndale by PMT. Actually quite decent for the price. Tuners feel a bit cheap though
Dude teach me!!
He is. Look, listen, play.
The vines next❤
Great!
Although Twist & Shout wasn’t theirs 😉
True!
His name is Bloxsy - modern Emissary of the 20th Century Rock Gods, and of course, a God himself
YESSSS
Rites of spring or minor threat next ❤

How can you not include I Feel Fine? thats an epic Beatles riff.
I couldn’t play it. Honestly, I’ve played it before but I just don’t know how Lennon stretches his hand that far. Maybe it’s just me.

no way you didnt include all my loving
It's so obvious they copied Oasis.
And Get Back? Come Together?... Please make a part 2 🙏
Come Together is driven mainly by the bass and drums
I have that same bridge setup on my telecaster. Much easier to play than the old original 'tub' version.
you don't have to play them so long. Four times is enough
Noted
Are you opposed to more content? I think it’s just fine
TOP 10 NEIL YOUNG Riffs!!
Which would be yours? It’s got me thinking as I was just the other day playing The Needle and The Damage Done. Would be fun to do.
What about Smiths, Rem, Kasabian, Talking Heads??
I’ll do a Smiths one for sure

Where was the Beatles documentary announced?
A couple of days ago.
#beatles4ever!!!!!!!!!!
ask me why is a underrated riff/song too
I couldn't help but sing
Hey man, I think you played twist and shout a little wrong. It’s mainly just barred chords and the banjo D
