I add egg white powder and whipped them until there’s a dough and bake!! It’s seriously amazing.. I always fold in a few egg yolks after it’s been whipped up and flatten in a baking sheet ..and I don’t use corn starch, I use some cream of tarter
Can you give me step by step instructions on how to make this using egg white powder. I just got some and don’t want to waste any so I want to start off trying a small batch first but there’s too many different recipes. I’m trying to keep it simple and delicious
Okay so I tried this and it came out extremely flat- more like an egg wrap- I was using this cloud bread to make the cinnamon rolls and they aren’t bad but the lack of volume make it tastes more eggy. I think maybe one issue could be the amount of cornstarch? She mentions and writes tsp but I’m curious if it should be tablespoons… I’m not totally sure but it didn’t work for me if you figure out the issue let me know 😊
I am not an expert but I have heard that if even a little of the egg yolk or any oil gets into the egg white then they wont get as stiff. You can rub some vinegar on your bowl and whisk before you beat your eggs. Also try using new eggs.
@@sherlock7898 I think it's the yolk. I literally tried this recipe a few hours ago, accidently got a bit of yolk in, and it came out exactly as she described.
No need for cornstarch at ALL. Can add a pinch of "cream of tartar" (found in spice aisle) to stabilize the whites but even this is optional. True keto does NOT include cornstarch ⚠️⛔️
Your bowl or beaters probably had oil or egg yolk on them. The temperature doesn't matter as much as squeaky clean utensils - but room temp is best. I clean everything that's going to touch the egg whites, dry it with a fresh towel, and then wipe it down with a little bit of vodka (alcohol is a great solvent for oils). Never had a wasted egg!
You need a DRY bowl, DRY utensils and the cream of tartar is optional, so it should look like this without it too but it does add a certain thickness to it too. cream of tartar is that powder she puts in. You also need to mix them for a good few minutes. But again incredibly important - DRY kitchenware.
@@anakirilova6259 it's really not about the dry part, it's about a lack of oils. Dry does help, but you could probably add a few tablespoons of water before you notice a difference in the eggs. Oil, on the other hand is a killer. Even oil from your hands not being washed can stop eggs from forming peaks.
I just made it (mixing) and I believe you have to mix for quite a while before the mixture is opaque white. Also, you could add more corn starch if needed but mine seems to be quite solid now with like … quite a while of mixing on high.
Is there an alternative to corn starch? Is there something else to make an actual loaf of bread? I’ve seen it done, but they use egg powder plus egg whites. I’m not sure what that’s about but I miss bread. I can’t have yeast and I can’t have gluten.
Tip: for regular cloud bread. But with more flavour add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1.5 tablespoon of sugar Along with 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (optional but it mskes the taste better) Also yes it does taste just like egg whites (obviously) but if you let it cool down it lessens the taste of the eggs and it tastes better as a result
Avocado has to be the most overrated food ever. It doesn’t taste good, it doesn’t have a good mouth feel, and is reminiscent of wet chalk. No one “likes” avocado, they eat it for what they think is status
“Get the freshest egg whites you can get your hands on” *pours egg whites out of a carton they’ve been sitting in for a month* lol
Bruh 😂 🔥
She includes ".. make sure it's a fresh carton." 😒
I'm making the pizza soon! I made your cinnamon rolls yesterday and they were fun! Definitely scratched the itch!
Your videos are a godsend for us carbaholics trying to stay on the straight and narrow keto/carnivore ❤
You have the craziest most creative ideas
Its not her idea( just saying)

I just made for first time what are the nutritional fact’s please?
Do you have to use cornstarch? Can’t it be just egg whites?
Corn starch/arrowroot powder is used to make it hold together better and not fall apart.
Do you have to put cornstarch
Awesome. Plz is there any substitute for cornstarch?
Arrowroot powder
Thank you
Cream of tartar
Is there an option without cornstarch? I ask cuz people with IBD on the SCD diet can’t have it

True keto does NOT include cornstarch ⚠️⛔️
I tried to make this yesterday -it was nothing but light foam & liquid!! Should I be using refrigerated egg whites or room temp?

Add powdered eggwhites for instead.
I'm using fresh eggs, what could I do with the leftover egg yolks?
You could do a keto custard dessert. They use yolks only most of the time
What’s the recipe please! Thank you!
The recipe is shown throughout the video
Cotton candy? Where is that recipe?
Tips on what to do with all the egg *yolks* left from these recipes ?

Shame on u. This recipe don’t work

Maybe that's just an opinion and people have different brains different environmental up comings different taste buds on the chemical level, ..
Did an avocado kick ur dog or something? Obviously you’ve never had a good bowl of guacamole or some crab stuffed avocados
i genuinely enjoy it in tacos and burgers
