25:08 Cleaver + Shojin + Liandry's, as strange as it sounds, is a legit Yorick build. For example, Pekin Woof did it during his Toplane to Challenger climb, so it wasn't even a "for fun content" type of game, since he really had to push himself and lock in to reach Chall on an offrole.
31:41 - 32:09 Totally agree. I main jungle and play support as my secondary role, not only cuz these 2 roles are the most fun ones to me, but also cuz they fit me very well and much more than anything else. I'm fully convinced the main reason for it is, that these roles are the higher-macro & lower-micro focused ones (or higher-brain + lower-hands focused, to put it in a more general & straightforward way). So playing jgl & supp is, besides doing what I enjoy, my strategy to play around my strengths and try to make up for my weaknesses - cuz I have below-average mechanics/other micro skills and above-average macro/decision making/game knowledge (and simply brain usage) compared to people at my skill level. Ofc it doesn't stop at choosing the roles, my whole playstyle is built around this fact. On my 2nd account, which is at slightly lower (~3 divisons) average MMR, I try to learn Mid a bit for-fun (significantly less games on it tho) cuz I think Mid is out of the 3 laner roles, that one that still has the highest macro-focus. If I pick a champ I'm already good at, I can keep up with the mainrole midlaners already more than half of the time. If I pick a champ I'm new to or never played enough to get good at, I lose lane most of the time and that's what I look like Mid on main acc too. And if you put me Top or especially ADC, I'm going to be the most useless piece of deadweight (who is actually trying) you have ever seen. Cuz there I hardly profit from my strenghts and get severely f*cked by my weaknesses.
Thanks for uploading this Perry! As a Bronze 4 as well, this is really helpful to see what decisions I make are correct and where I can improve. Good stuff!
He has 148 CS at 17 min as Viego and he's in bronze 4 lol... if he just ignored teammates in the early game and farmed I'm pretty sure he'd get to at least silver easily. I was in a similar spot to him a couple months ago, stuck in Bronze 4, but now I'm Gold on two accounts.
@@Goldeneye3336 I hadn't played for 11 years, I had smurfs and was higher elo back then. Now, on my main account I was trying out a bunch of different junglers. On my smurf I one-trick.
@@Goldeneye3336tryharding in ranked is stressful, play 5 try hard games a day, and the rest on the smurf, so you don’t burn out or get tilted, protect the mental
Saw ur vid quite a while ago, had enough of the toxicity in this game and decided to get back to rank recently. Stomped every game in the first day, then today it was so fucked up, I would just win an ez game then get a mid Yi going 0/12, then another ez game, then ad would just perma farm no teamfights no dragons. Got really tilted, especially as I’m getting older, it’s just hard to relax on this game.
Youre not alone, I go on a hot streak after binging his vids, then I start mind gaming my opponents a la kesha, works out for a couple games, then somehow that turns into me straight running it down going for ridiculous coin flips that are so not worth
Perry I wanted to ask you something. Recently in my games I saw how making plays early made me lose a lot more games then just responding to enemy plays. Is this some change or was it always like this?
Perry emphasizes on farming until you get your first item. You only respond to the enemy play early if its basically guaranteed and taking objectives if the conditions are favorable to you.
Can we please get a Kayn video sometime? That would be awesome, i struggle with knowing when to gank to get form up, which form to choose, when to focus on farming, etc.
Perry likes Karasmai, he’s a Kayn OTP and a good resource! Generally speaking, red Kayn is good for more of a bruiser type build or against teams that are tankier where you want to stay in the fight longer. Blue Kayn is a more assassin style, where you want to abuse fog of war and get picks on squishy targets.
@@amarijae thanks for the reply, I usually opt for Red Kayn because I tend to like to be aggressive and stay in the fight as much as possible. I'll have to learn matchups to better understand what form to pick. I've watched some Karasmai but I'll definitely look into him more. Still holding out hope for perry to make an updated video on him, the way he explains things is elite 😁
The only thing that differs from other champs is champ identity. Taliyah is good at clearing quickly & invading. You generally want to stay safe in fights and not overcommit, constantly zoning people. Use W as soon as ally champs hit their reliable cc ability as it is more guaranteed. Anything else is just the same as every other jungler basically. Do you have specific problems you seem to run into as Taliyaj?
@@harribertschmalzkopf2799 yes, first is that my clear feels much weaker than other champions, even when im ahead its hard to keep up the lead because they clear much faster second is i just dont know what style im supposed to take while playing her jng, i have no problems playing her mid but im generally lost on what to do with her as a jng third is that she feels very weak early so i miss out on many important fights and im not sure if thats what im supposed to be doing or if i should be stealing his camps because she is great at diving

Why play two accounts ? Not like you benefit from a smurf. Hit Diamond minimum before considering a smurf.

This guy is doing an amazing job for being bronze 4!
2:00 it kinda looks like the guy is trolling
no, his bronze mind doesn't comprehend anything about this game.
i watch your videos and stomp my next 2 games every time. but then i go back to running it straight down! :D

Can you please do on Diana🙏🏻
at 5 min your botlane had died 4 times your mid lane has died once, yeah, that sums up all my bronze JG games.
@w1se_w0lf I made a new account and hit Silver on it finally. Mute all has been a godsend for me.
