I ate eggs as breakfast like her, and do intermittent fasting, and im telling you guysss its really works tho. I didnt do any exercise for a while, and i drank an enough water, i oso eat less sugar, and control my portion, just like her and my weight literally lost almost 700g which i think its pretty much just for one day (?) I started this diet for a week and lost 2 kilos. I enjoy the diet, that im so worried if i didnt starve at night, bcs thats how intermittent fasting works, right? Im so happyy :))) thank u dashaaa u r helping me a lot
