at the end aren't you confusing the "Sifaat" with "Darajat" as keeping away from sins & spending & fasting are not at different levels but all momineen o mominaat shall practice it all.
While there's no compromise on Islam-the obedience & performance of ibaadaat, surely, there are different levels of eman according to the ikhlaas & depth of understanding of Allah & love for Prophet (PBUH) which would differentiate people of same good deeds & elevate them to different levels, but, how one could judge the level of eman of someone & nominate him a rank!?
