      Hi Faraz!
      Ultimately, if running isn't hurting you, then you do not need to stop. If it is not feeling good in your body, then listen to this and turn down the intensity. Walking is extremely beneficial and highly recommended to do!

      Yes, this program is safe for osteoporosis. We currently have several students enrolled who also have osteoporosis and they have done very well. The movements in our program are designed to be very gentle, and they are very low-impact. The program focuses on muscle imbalances. We help you retrain your mind and body to move in a healthy, core centered way.
