I met Malachy McCourt today in a Catholic Church on the Upper West Side where he was there. for his great grandson was being Baptized and I recognized him. I had read his brother Frank's book "Angela's Ashes" years ago and also Malachy's more recent book, "A Monk Swimming " that I got as a fund raiser for my favorite radio station, WBAI and both were really great about their lives !!!
