I was messing around on youtube the other day and stumbled across a guy who films his hikes those paths along with his dog.. just gorgeous and so nice to have such a wonderful resource. We have nothing like that where I have lived in the US... the closest we get is a trail in a state park if you are lucky, which usually requires a special trip of some distance to get to. Must be nice living in a place where the public has so much respect for each other and their environment.
Thanks for that - yes we are very lucky on that account - many of the 'right of ways' go back hundreds of years and are old farm workers tracks. - thanks for comment!
I had never conceived that such beautiful, perfect, excellent, practical and amazing Watercolor Instructions until I saw yours. In the last 24 hours, I think, I had watched your 12 detailed videos. Thanks very much with my deep gratitude from Istanbul/Turkiye. Paul Clark is the Real Good Man! My favorite instructor in watercolor painting.
Thank you kind sir. A friend of mine, who God has taken Home, had a motto: "Brothers of the Brush, Unite!"...and that all artists should love and help one another. I have only just started watercolor. I've used acrylic or water-soluble oils but never really got into watercolors. What a lovely adventure. Thank you again, for your guidance.
I can’t stop viewing your excellent vids!? I’ve tried painting watercolours for years with litttle success and been on a number of courses but your style tops the lot! I’m 75 but am determined to conquer it this time!!

Thank you Paul for making these tutorials available! Mine turned out nothing like yours, but any time spent painting is time well spent! Very enjoyable!
All your snow paintings are Christmas card worthy, Paul! My fav one is with the man walking the dog. Using the wax is a nifty trick for the sticky snow. Only two? Happy you're showing restraint with the people using your footpaths. 🤣🎄❄
That long pause after "Hot Chocolate" had me worried and then...... Bailey's(Whew!) 🤣Someday it'll be a Proper Oatmeal Stout from Samuel Smiths Old Brewery Tadcaster (My Favorite) . Love this painting and I'm always amazed how it all comes together so skillfully at the end. Giving this one a try! Spot on as always! Future painting ideas? .... Maybe a proper pub? Or one of those Red Phone Booths on the street? A Brewery? A London cab? Something nostalgic and properly "British". Thank You for sharing your talent! Cheerio! Tally Ho! Old Chap and God Save the Queen!

I would give my right arm to be able to paint like this, which is fine because I’m left handed. Out of all the artists I watch on UA-cam, you are definitely my favourite. I like the humour in your videos too; there is nothing worse than artists who take themselves and painting too seriously. Keep up the great work Paul.
As a complete beginner, I feel tempted just to copy what you did, to learn all these techniques and see for myself how it works ❤ I'm waiting for my Christmas presents, and for some better painting equipment than what I have now 😊 I'm just afraid that the comparison would be so bad for me! 😂
Not keen on snow, having had to “snovel” the driveway as a teenager in Connecticut, but did enjoy skiing. Very pretty as you present it! Thank you for the explanation of your techniques ~ 🙋🏼♀️
Oh! I love it. We could have called it Puh's and Piglets winter corner, if not just Puh's winter corner would have sound better! I love you, Puh, Milne, Shepard, Atgatha Cristie, and all others, that makes the other world enjoy the charm of Britain. This painting took me to Cristopher Robins environment in the 20's, almost 100 years ago. This is poetry for me.

The footpaths were my favorite part of England. We visited many times over a period of 17 years while our daughter lived there. We loved the dogs being able to roam free and then finding local pub for lunch. What a beauty! Your use of that rigger is wonderful! Thank you again for all the technique teaching. It is absolutely great!
Man, we were what people call poor when I was young.
