It sounded great on everything, except the 1 ms attack killed the punch on the drums in the demo. However, that's just a minor criticism. The master buss setting sounded great on the mix.
My eyes gravitated towards the "Attack Hold" and "Release Hold" controls, and I knew immediately that this video would contain no mention, explanation, demonstration, or ANYTHING at all about these controls. This is because Acustica has a history of this... introducing novel and unconventional controls on their plugins, then providing little to no explanation of what those controls do, or how to best use them. Other people will then make videos saying they're going to try to explain the controls, but most of the time these kinds of videos will be mostly about the uploaders promoting themselves, their "brand", their skills, their business, etc. It's all extremely frustrating that could be solved by Acustica just taking a little time to do some due diligence to their products for the benefit of their users and new potential customers.
As an owner of a collection of AA plugins, I can guarantee you one place where ALL features will be explained..the MANUAL..it's freely accessible. Go read it, and stop relying on UA-cam videos for all info
That’s like saying Paramount sells you pictures when you buy a movie. There are many IRs and the plugins are dynamically using different ones based on knob positions and amplitude (iirc). They don’t discuss their tech implementation to the best of my knowledge, but i’d assume they’re morphing between the IRs based on interpolation. People hating, but most of them don’t understand the tech, and have never used any of their stuff. There are certain things i really like them for. And other things i prefer regular algorithmic plugins.
Thank you, acustica audio team - You`ve made my music a lot better as it was before! ✌
There is no other plugin manufacturer like Acustia Audio. My respects to all your team.
A plugin manufacturer that constantly invents new Frankenstein-channel strips that nobody actually needs, instead of improving existing products!
@@gregormarinitrue but then we have the best clipper plugin on the market from AA.
A fucking scammer. Hardware sampling is use by every dev nowadays

Yeah, for drums i’d crank it a bit, and parallel with dry/wet.
Creo que es la Electrodyne Sphere.

The Aqua Man of pro audio
There goes more money out of my bank account. 😂
Is there any AMEK simulation?
Amethyst. I think it's one of their best. And, in a similar vein, I'm under the impression that Snow is based on Neve Portico series.
cool
Sorry but the sound demo examples are atrocious sounding
*И на эту хуету ещё кто-то ведётся до сих пор..*
Acustica sell IR impulses
With extra storage needed...
